I think Rafa likes to play the percentages in the transfer market. He could be totally shite but as long as we've got the numbers it shouldn't be too damaging. It's not beyond Rafa to sign someone and barely if ever play them.

You've got to be a hard worker at the bottom clubs. Most games you play the opponent dominates. You've got to be disciplined as a unit and can't carry anyone. This was our problem with both relegations, we had players who saw themselves as too good for that part of the league table, they didn't have the attitude or the know-how.
