Dark Waters - 8/10 This is my favourite kind of film. Mark Ruffalo is just superb.

I’m not, you don’t talk about established players like that. He’s not some “up ‘n comer”, he’s been a key part of a very successful Liverpool team for the last four years.

It’s patronising. Imagine him saying something like that about Rashford. Fine to say about a lad who has been called up maybe once, but for a player who has a league medal & champions league medal, it’s a bizarre choice of words.

It’s the part about him being a “great talent” and that he is sure he will be part of the England setup in the future. Not that I’m arsed that Trent wasn’t called up, but why exactly is Reece James in over him?

Thought it was a bit insulting the way he spoke about Trent. Like he’s some random 18 year old who played once or twice before.

I hope she does drop down and the make it at 135, because there’s very few interesting options for Nunes right now.

Oh no, course it’s not. Didn’t mean that to sound like a dig at Nunes haha. She should drop down to fight Shevchenko, but in the post fight it sound like she was comfortable where she is. Getting paid good money to train, basically.

The Nunes fight was a waste of time, she’s far too good for these women.

Are we talking about depth purely in a numbers way, or quality? Because the quality in the squad apart from the first 11 leaves a bit to be desired. Shaqiri, Matip, Milner, Keita & Jones are the only good options in the rest of the squad for me. Two of those are injury prone and the other is nearing the end of his career. Think they are all quality, but it’s obvious we have a fair bit of re-tooling to do with this squad in the summer. Really don’t want to go into next season with Origi & Ox on our bench.

Yeah, there’s no way they have done all they could in January. Spending 3.5m between two players isn’t the big financial gesture they’re making it out to be.

That’s the thing I can’t give Klopp a pass on. The stubbornness to not change the approach to games when we are missing a lot of the players that make our ‘plan a’ work. He keeps saying “we are doing everything great until the final touch” which is bollocks. We have scored twice in the last 7 games without a win at Anfield. Our build up play is boring and predictable, other teams just have to sit and watch us pass it around in front of them and if they are at all competent at defending, they will keep us out. Playing the high line even now after injuries ravaged our back line, and having slow players in centre half positions is mind boggling.

Captain Fantastic - 7.5/10 Viggo Mortensen was brilliant in this.

Not the 12 weeks that were rumoured then. Still fucking shit luck but at least we should have him back for the last month. Could be massive for us.

I think he will want to play. Like you said, it’s the best thing to do at a time like this. Especially when you can’t go home to see him so you would only be sitting alone with your own thoughts. Best to keep distracted.

Why would you hire somebody who was in charge of a club that went through a crisis like that? Crazy when it comes to hiring medical staff
