Are you Michael Owen? Hopefully Gomez can play himself into some good form. Matip isn’t the question for me, he has shown to step up when needed and once he has a few games under his belt (please don’t get injured) then I think he is fine for the most part. Gomez is my only concern because he hasn’t had a good start to the season and looked dodgy on Saturday when he came in. BUT, he’s got all the ability and we know that he’s capable of being excellent.

I'm praying that Thiago at least isnt out for long. This news really is devastating for us, might genuinely be our title chances over if we cant sort out that defence. How depressing has this weekend been. But yeah, I echo what has been said in here. We need a CB in January.

Yeah I’ve seen the original and it’s excellent. Brolin was good (he hardly ever isn’t) but there were plenty of shit things about the film. Sharlto Copley was infuriatingly annoying for a start.

I’ve heard it’s not nearly as frightening or scary as the first and that along with the unspectacular trailer makes me not that keen to jump on it. I’ll wait for a bit more reaction. Plus Mike Flanagan not directing all the episodes is crap too. He’s a fantastic horror director.

Oldboy (2013) - 4/10 Not a disaster completely, but hugely average and kind of boring. Nothing about it is impressive. Spike Lee even managed to make the ‘big’ fight scene dull.

Nope, seems to be the case. Able to pay Partey 260k a week, can’t pay the mascot 80k a year. Also, how the fuck do I get a job as a mascot if that’s the wage?!

Onward -8/10 I really enjoyed this one from Pixar. Shame it’s looked at as some lesser film, because it’s much better than 99% of anything dreamworks or blue sky or any other big animation studio are putting out. Loved the setting, the characters and it had a heartwarming story which resonated with me quite a bit. Really worth a watch.

POSSESSOR - 10/10 Holy shit this was good. Wow. If you like science fiction horror thrillers then this is the film for you. Original and clever. I was hugely impressed, the performances from the two leads are phenomenal. Highly recommended.

Yeah it pissed me off that one. No logic in keeping the older, poorer keeper. There’s nothing Adrian is going to learn now, he’s set. Karius could have improved next to Allison and as you say, playing behind closed doors to build his confidence. Proper knackered ourselves. I don’t expect anything to happen today, but a GK & CB in would be ideal.
