  1. Not Bellingham next summer we won’t, and he should be the absolute priority target.
  2. It would be bad for our transfer dealings for one. The players in this squad who are currently feeling demotivated (most of them) would probably feel even more so if we only managed the Europa League. It would be a nightmare all round.
  3. For me it beats a couple of the league cup wins. The significance of the goal wasn’t just for the team but for him after his dad passed shortly before that match. I felt very emotional watching that.
  4. He’s out until after the World Cup. Send the cunt back to Turin.
  5. I felt sick a couple of times I’ll admit.

Me and my niece on a walk
  7. Was wondering wtf you were on about, then read that it’s doing a time hop with new actresses I am enjoying this series more than the Lord of the rings. Some stuff has made me roll my eyes, but I know we aren’t going to get stuff on the level of early GOT, so I’ll accept it for what it is.
  8. The House - 6/10 Stop motion anthology film on Netflix. Above average, but a missed opportunity. Thirteen Lives - 8/10 This was very compelling viewing. Thought the accent from Mortensen & Farrell were a bit dodge, but it didn’t take away from the film. The Report - 7.5/ 10 I really like these sort of film. The drama/investigation types. Similar to Dark Waters, though not as good. Still, it’s an interesting film to watch, with a great performance from Adam Driver. Buried - 5.5/10 This isn’t as good on a second viewing. It’s maybe in part due to the overload of Ryan Reynolds in pop culture, and as a result I am a bit fed up of his face and voice. Serviceable enough drama, but not as gripping as it thinks it is.
  9. No Time To Die - 7.5/10 Return to form for Craig’s final outing. The action was great, the story was compelling and had a good bit of emotion. Anna De Armas is an absolute dream, her small role was a great addition. I liked all the character, even Rami Malek made a lot from not a ton of screen time. I would still put it behind Casino Royale & Skyfall, but it’s much better than Spectre and Quantum Of Solace.
  10. Why postpone? Just reverse the fixtures for this once. There’s already too many games in quick succession without having to fit these in somewhere.
  11. Robertson out with knee injury. Fuck this season.
  12. Drop Trent for Gomez at RB, Matip comes in next to Virgil. Harvey Elliot had looked one of a couple of bright sparks, but he isn’t a central midfielder and we are getting run ragged there. Thiago, Fabinho and Arthur for the next few games, nothing fancy, just there to do their job and stop team running straight through the middle so easily. Klopp says about reinventing ourselves, well then let’s try not playing such a high line, invite the other team to attack and hit them on the break with Salah, Diaz and balls in behind for Nunez.
  13. Everything Everywhere All At Once - 7.5/10 I don’t see it as the masterpiece plenty think it is, but it was really bloody good. Michelle Yeoh was excellent. The Fugitive - 10/10 Watched this for the hundredth time, and I still love it. It’s in my top five.
  14. He’s injured himself. Was injured, then declared fit, then injured again before playing. Wanker he is.
  15. Before the World Cup knowing how this season has started.
  16. Just watched this. Agree with everything. Very entertaining. Though, I’d have to put it at 7/10 myself. Also recently watched The Lost Boys & Dawn Of The Dead (78). Seen both before many times, and both are 9/10.
  17. Fair play, that was some finish.

Joshua is a wanker. Stealing Usyk’s moment like a prime tosser.
  19. Sorry, didn’t realise you were authority around here.
  20. If you’re Alli, surely this is the moment where you think “fuck me, I need to sort my life out” and get focused back on football. If he ends up at Besiktas, his career is done.
  21. West Ham signing Kehrer for just 10m seems like a bargain.
  22. Event Horizon - 6/10 Slightly above average because of the effects and Laurence Fishburn.
  23. Antlers - 6/10 The first hour and a bit is fairly good, and saves the score from being a 3/10 which the ending deserved. For all the talent involved, I’m annoyed with how it ended up.
