So, what are everybody’s thoughts regarding incomings and outgoings? To go - Mane (likely), Oxlade-Chamberlain, Origi, Minamino (possibly). To arrive - A CM & CAM, another forward or two depending on if Taki leaves. My targets would be Nkunku, he would be excellent for us as that goal scoring midfielder. I like the sound of this Sangare fella, but I still think Bissouma could come and do a great job here. He’s into the final year of his Brighton contract so it wouldn’t be impossible. If Mane leaves I think we need to try and get Lewandowski in for a couple of seasons as part of the deal. If he is keen, it makes a lot of business sense and he’ll score bucket loads. As for another attacker to replace Origi & Minamino in the squad, I don’t have anybody in particular in mind, though Rondon is out of contract this summer isn’t he?

Suppose the only positive of that situation is that he will be 31. If that’s how things end up and we have ready replacements in the same sort of profile as Diaz then I can just about live with letting him go and get his last massive contract at a PSG or Madrid. But, hopefully we find some sort of agreement because he’s amazing and there’s plenty left in his tank.

It’s not good obviously, but he would have had zero chance with a hamstring issue. So it’s something to cling to, he still won’t start but if he is on the bench that would be great.

The new season of Stranger Things looks incredible.

Pep couldn’t give a fuck about the FA cup. Not bringing DeBruyne, Rodri, Mahrez (earlier than 88th min) on in the second half shows it. He gave up on that game at half time.

Fresh - 8.5/10 This was really bloody good. The two leads were excellent. Sebastian Stan is a fantastic actor.

He doesn’t play the rest of the game and keep getting forward like he was, and hitting long balls if his hamstring is torn. Surely it must just be a slight injury. Please fucking god let it just be one game.

The problem I have with these “he’s 30” shouts is that we only have to look at somebody like Ronaldo, who is 37 but is fitter than the majority of professionals in the game. Salah takes excellent care of his body, and has remained pretty much injury free through his time with us. I think a 4 year deal with large wages is more than acceptable for the club to go with. His output hasn’t slowed down at all, and I don’t think it will in the coming years. If we lose him on a free, that will be horrible business by the club. Hopefully we can find an agreement before the start of next season so we can avoid the bullshit rumours.

Fat loss along with building muscle. I want to be able to fit into a large t shirt

I’m a massive fat fuck and I need to get in better shape before I collapsed dead in my late 30’s. Any suggestions for exercises for a 22+ST man to start off with and slowly build to more. I don’t want to do too much too soon and lose motivation to do it everyday.
