  1. Honestly, I don't regard dickheads like these as even being real terrorists. Just random wackos. Someone who is serious would have planted a bomb(thank fuck they didn't of course) and would certainly not have been running around with a £2.99 butter knife. This man should be laughed at as he's had an absolute howler here if we're being honest.
  2. lately I've been trying to get my level of Spanish back to what it was a few years back, so I've got to use it whenever I can and talking to @Berserker always used to be a big help. I haven't heard the album yet but I will have to check it out. This is a class song by the way by 3 legends to pay respect to another legend:-
  3. Pues, lo que está claro es que yo hubiera tenido más posibilidades de triunfar en el rap que en el fútbol, a pesar del 'golazo de volea' que marqué el lunes pasado . ¿Hay algún rapper de Argentina que te guste escuchar?
  4. I definitely won't be taking only t-shirts and will take a few sweaters, a jacket and couple of hoodies. I'm not even going to bother with taking shorts either, just jeans as it won't be that hot I wouldn't expect. More your typical early spring weather, although that's how I'm hoping it will be to be honest. I love it when it's sunny but not hot. 15-20 degrees is perfect if you want to go exploring.
Temazo! @Berserker
  6. I hope they do. Great continent. It's a better continent than England is a country anyway.
  7. Honestly, it just sums up what this country is to be honest. There are far bigger fish to fry. But then this is a country where people think Big Brother and Love Island are great TV programmes. It's a very dumbed down nation of sheep, so it's not really surprising is it.
  8. I had the idea of Hamburg after Barcelona, but since I've been going through like 5/6 years of material lately to get my Spanish back to how it was a few years back(then continue where I left off), I might as well go somewhere else in Spain when I come back. País Vasco does sound like a plan. Bilbao/San Sebastian joint trip. I don't know though, I change my mind all the time. But since France fishing definitely won't be happening this year due to my mate only having his small car now, then I may as well go to other places. Amsterdam with the lads is going to happen at some-point soon as well as we were on about it. On another note, it's 18 degrees in Barcelona today, so the weather should be decent enough when I'm there next month. It certainly should better weather than here atleast anyway.
  9. The symptoms are exactly what I've had in the past few days. I've felt like shit at work. It's just a cold though, made worse by working in cold and wet weather. I get them all the fucking time these days. We have a huge population of Chinese people around here due to the Uni, who will have travelled to and from China recently, but I wouldn't say it should be of any concern yet. There is actually an elderly woman who is from around here and she is currently stuck in China right now where she was visiting her Grandson. It's been on the news as she is stuck out there with only a weeks supply of medication left for a lung infection she has. I actually recognise her face, I'm sure she shops in Booths.

I just rolled a piece of paper up, threw it in the air, vollied it from the other side of the room and it went straight into the bin. What a fucking shot!

You've never been inside a (hollow) building when someone decides that he's going to cut through metal with an angle grinder.
  14. Put a pike in there, I dare you
  15. Nah Barcelona. Might be going to Amsterdam in late May/Early June though with a bunch of lads. My mate was on about it other day, so I might just have to jump on that one.
  16. @Stan 6 weeks tomorrow. I will have to take 350 pictures for you when there
  17. Speaking of Tench, I remember when I had a fish tank. I had carp and Tench in it and the 2 tench used to come up and let me feed them by hand. They were practically tame.
  18. If it's a tench you just turn it upside down and look at it's pelvic fins. Male ones are much bigger.
  19. It eats better than me to be honest
  20. My parrot hasn't been in its cage since the first week I bought it(about 4 months ago), it has made the whole living room its home and has perches, etc, everywhere. The only time it pops back into its cage is when it is having something to eat, but if you go near it when it does so, it quickly flies out so that you can't lock it in. It's not stupid at all . Saying that, I don't have intentions of keeping it locked in the cage as there is no point and it also makes me feel anxious to lock a bird in a cage. It's safe enough, it only shits in certain places(so I put kitchen roll down in those areas) and at night they obviously don't fly, so it just chills on top of a perch and sleeps there. I've got to say, that it eats shitloads. It has a pot of seed everyday(which contains alsorts from sunflower seeds to sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds to dried banana and dried chile) and then I give it a pot of fruit and veg every morning before work, usually containing atleast some blueberries as they are its favourite(other fruits are apple, strawberry, kiwi, melon, pineapple, blackberries...), then every other day it has brazil nuts and almonds as a treat. Red pepper is another it likes and sometimes it gets some chiles, along with a bit of lettuce or sugar snaps. On Christmas day it had a bit of turkey too. They are fine to eat plain chicken or turkey from time to time as long as its cooked properly and contains no added salt. I gave it some turkey, a few sprouts and some cauliflower. It threw t he sprouts across the room but loved the turkey
  21. It's sad though just how many members are leaving. Balon has gone, Cannabis, Erick.... A lot of regular members.
  22. He is actually the only manager to beat Barcelona at Camp Nou in a good 3 or so years and even the last loss before that was against Real Madrid in the Super Cup. His record at the Bernabeu is also great. 3 games, 2 wins(with Real Betis) and 1 draw(with Las Palmas), so he certainly knows how to make newly promoted and mid-table sides more competitive. It's whether he can prove it at a bigger club now where the expectations and pressure is much higher. One thing I do like about Quique is that he always has his teams playing nice football so it could be an appointment that works out well.
  23. You are pretty much part of the furniture on here to be honest mate
