If it wasn't for porn then google would be out of business.

It turns out it was a tax rebate in the end due to me going from PAYE(which I'd been on the whole tax year thus far) to using a UTR number. That'll do me. 3rd-5th April, Amsterdam booked again. It's becoming contagious now @Panna King, @Stan

To be honest, I wouldn't even have thought about it twice had I been working directly for a big housing company, or even an agency, as they are all cunts anyway. But with working for a sub-contractor firm, they are more family orientated. Obviously not skint, but not one of these big blood sucking companies where they have CEOs who receive bonuses of 75 million even though they build rough as fuck houses. I'm actually thinking it's a tax rebate either way, so it should be sound. I will phone HMRC first.

It's hard to tell when you're a sub-contractor as it doesn't tell you much on your payslip(or "remittance advice"), unlike when on PAYE where it tells you details and you know where extra money comes from, or has been deducted from. On this it doesn't even tell you your hourly rate or how many hours you did. They just pay you and then 20% is deducted for tax. Since I've been on PAYE for the whole of the tax year until last monday, where I started on a new job as a sub-contractor, it could be the (small) tax rebate I'd still be owed from that since I get them every year, along with a few surprise ones as part of my wage from time to time. It definitely makes sense, or atleast I hope as there is nothing worse than having to give money back . Every quid counts in this world. Rather than pay them back if it comes down to it, I'd rather they just took 20 of my 46 hours(or whatever it works out at) next week, as that would make more sense due to tax.

It could be a tax rebate as I get them unexpectedly, both as part of wages and at the end of tax years. I'm hoping anyway.
-
To be honest they pay well and I'm happy with the wage they are paying me as you don't get that everywhere for doing the same job. For some other companies, I'd have probably not said a word due to how tight they are but these seem fair. It's only 1 mile from home too, which is ideal. Not to mention, the lady who sorts out the wages is the one who will potentially get in trouble(if she has infact made a mistake and it's not a tax rebate) and I wouldn't want that to be honest as she is down to earth. I will phone up and ask for her personally.

Yeah his importance has massively grown over the last 4 or so years. This is why I always say that Argentina lack top full backs more than anything else.

I'm a sub-contractor, so it's technically classed as self-employed, but without having to pay your own tax as 20% is automatically deducted. To be honest, I'll say something as it's not like the money they are paying me is shit anyway. They are also a decent company to work for as they put you through all types of courses, which you don't usually get for free when you're a sub-contractor. It could even be a case of me getting a tax rebate as part of my wage, as I've had them before.

I've just noticed that I have been paid like 265 quid too much on my wages. Rather than getting 15 quid an hour, they've fucked up and given me more like 20 quid an hour. Do I say anything? Or should I just keep it quiet and hope they keep paying me that and don't notice?

Alba is indispensable these days. I can't think of anyone in the world who could replace what he does at Barcelona. He's perfect for the team and along with Messi, Ter Stegen(who made some lovely saves again yesterday) and Busquets, is the most important player in the side.

That's why he's fucked off from the forum, he's publishing a book.

"I'm more than ill, scarier than a white person trapped in a room with Lauryn Hill" Still gets me all these years later. In fact many of the lines do on that one, he kills it.

Whatever he is doing, he needs to make a return and stop being a fanny.

To be fair, this city is changing massively. Everything is for students in the town centre(everything closes down and gets turned into student accommodation) and now they are even ripping through fields and countryside land in order to build more shit. The old night clubs Liquid and Toast are now being renovated and turned in to student accommodation, the land in the centre near currys, etc is going to be a new massive big city block, they have closed down "the lounge", knocked it down and are now building city blocks there as well, along with more city blocks in that massive old building near the car park on bath mill. It means more work for me, but nothing that is being built is really making improvements to the city. Well it's called a city but is more like a town really. With all due respects though, the town is much improved in terms of not being a shithole anymore. Believe it or not, it used to be quite a rough town when I was growing up and every council estate would be alive. When you walk around them nowadays they are like ghost towns, while the town centre is breaming with young women and a lot less smackheads. It's also more cultural than ever. When I was growing up, there was only really a big population of Indians but now it's full of Africans, Chinese, Eastern Europeans, Spaniards, etc and that's one positive in my opinion as I always welcome that.

I was walking past checking one out and she literally dragged me in there, so I had no choice. I was taken advantage of....

Speaking of animals, I'm currently working up at the uni(the same one our resident Mathematician @RandoEFC studied at in fact) doing the groundworks on a new section which is being built and I saw a Kestrel, a Sparrowhawk and a Buzzard all flying in the air out hunting at the same time today. You don't usually see that.

Yeah poisoning is not the way to do it for me. Glue traps are also horrific and should never be used. Just buy a dog if you have a rat problem, usually when living on a farm. Or even a cat, although some of the rats I've seen when night fishing would likely fuck a domestic cat up Honestly though, rats generally only bother you if you're a dirty cunt who leaves rubbish everywhere. There are tons when I go fishing but none ever enter my tent and that's because I make sure I leave no shite within 5 meters of it. Mice are worse as they will come into your tent and nibble through whatever they can to find the food. Rats stay away in general unless you leave shit about.
-
To be fair I saw a Staffy kill a rat in an alley way when I was a kid and there were a few rats seen in the area and I actually felt sorry for the rat. They are dirty fuckas and invasive pests, but you somewhat feel sorry for them especially when they start making a squealing sound. Sometimes they have to be killed, but it should always been done humanly. A natural predator taking care of them is the best way. As for mice, they are probably bigger pests than rats. They might be "cute", but the little fuckas will invade you like no other .

Underrated as fuck hunters. I love watching them hunt whenever I go and chill on the river or go fishing.

What was you doing down there though? That is the question?
