@SchalkeUK Reports in Germany suggest Schalke were after Ibisevic. On one hand Ibisevic is an experienced and proven striker, on the other he's 36 years old now, so definitely no long-term solution of your attacking issues. Would like to hear your take on it. In the end they missed out,.After negotiating with Freiburg and the keeper for weeks, and all that talk how this deal would be done and dusted in short time, Schalke didn't manage to agree terms with them, and Schwolow joins Hertha BSC instead. Will be interesting to learn whom Schalke sign as their new first choice keeper now, if they sign anybody for this role at all.
