Mostly shimmer and delay on the guitar parts and a delay with sub-push on the bass and some octave pings (bass). I think there are challenges like Nintendo having a pro ecosystem for network play across Asia, etc but I still think game-devs can overcome it. Someone wrote Net-Code for Rollbacks this cannot be as complicated. And yeah Sony loves DRM and cross-function shutdown more than Nintendo does.

Thats okay shes getting it for the Switch so we still can I really wish dev-shops would start thinking more about cross-play to give customers the opportunity to play with friends.

Took a break from Elden Ring to play the new TMNT game and have to say its very good. The dev team that did this also did Streets of Rage so its no surprise they've got some of the elements in that made that a great release. Finding folks to play co-op would make this even more fun.

Although it will open up a nice little niche for colour-blind folks who have a hard time identifying colors if this actually turns into a base mod for other games.

I don't know what to make of it. Has a bit of No Man Sky mixed with Mass Effect if you ask me.

Tekken is one of the few FGC games that requires a lot of finesse to actually play really well. Some of the long combos on King are a little ridiculous.

Surprised more folks weren't into Contra. It was quite the game for its time and the co-op imo was better than the single-player.

Apple Products Set to Use Common Charging Point | Time I like this a lot. The fact that you need to carry around so many chargers for everything you own is a PITA.

The bigger issue was that they even had to go back and do a remake. Yeah its the fad right now but the original should be left alone and they could have spent all that time focusing on a new series with better mechanics. Instead they went down this path and then had to pull it too. I figure someone in marketing said something to the effect of "have you seen the internet traction stating they love PoP XYZ. We should do a remake since it will be easier". FWIW UB Montreal has a really good dev-team so theres hope yet. I always hoped a bigger studio bought the IP out and then called the boys and girls at Mercury Steam to do a remake. Even if it was a side-scroller I'd bet money it would turn into a Platinum game.

Sheryl Sandberg i stepping down from Meta operations. I think its good for Meta that it now has one less cancerous person at the helm than two. It's also very opportune for her considering how they are now pivoting to more "virtual" avenues which will allow them to steal information in even more creative ways.

I can see Klopp opting for a midfield heavy system if no one comes that he thinks will fit the system because he's not the kind to just take anyone.

If they finally start using light models to create scarier environments I think this could trump RE2:Remake which is imo the best RE to date and it took so little to jazz it up.

I don't think the original needs a remake but they've been doing such a good job lately why not do it.

Was watching Stranger Things a few days ago and heard this as a background track in one of the episodes. Nuno really had a lot of fun on it as is evident from all the soloing he got to do with the rhythm sections too.

Saw this. There's lots of talk around why its not coming to older consoles but apparently they want to stick with current tech for this. Not like it matters to PC gamers.
