I don't think Italy understands racism. Its like they took something serious and turned it into a joke although they may have not meant to do so. I saw the picture when I was scrolling through Twitter and I honestly thought it was a teaser for a new Planet of the Apes. On a side note, I think art and football are like oil and water. They can't do sculptures right, they cant do campaign art right and god knows what else (oh I know ... logo rebranding). Would it have hurt to just have a white banner with "SAY NO TO RACISM" on it versus a picture which can be misinterpreted? He may have done it to gain publicity too. If you're a player in a foreign country thinking about a move I guarantee you that Italy is the last place you want to go now and rightfully so, fuck them and fuck racism.

I wonder if there will be some kind of psycho killer spree in there too. I think it would make a good watch considering events that are unfolding in the media and the film industry in particular. Plus, I think that Carey lends herself to this kind of role having that quirky demeanor.

Echo what Mike says here. He's young and has talent I think that's what everyone can see. How Klopp uses him and what he wants from him as part of the team is something no one will know right now and only time will tell. Keep in mind that this deal needs to be acted on sooner rather than later because I feel like come the summer his valuation will go much higher depending on how they do in the Europa League too.

I am going to haha once I get the pieces all back on it. I take them off and do smaller blocks as I am never satisfied with how I have laid it out. Right now its a bass pedal board which isnt very impressive at all.

HoF is in a league of its own personally. I find that they have this interesting sound that Boss just doesn't have an vice-versa. The DD7 is legendary in itself just for the controls that they have and the sound but the HoF is like the Sentry, there is so much under the hood for stuff you want to try and use. I think its one of those must-have pedals if you're working in studios personally but for gigging I'd rather take the Boss just because its a road-warrior. All said and done though I have the best of everything in the Timeline from Strymon and that shades both these pedals in every department. However, for travel and portability its hard to say Boss is better than TCE or vice-versa.

I use TonePrint on my SpectraComp and its not good its awesome. The amount of control you can add to your compression line is ridiculous so I expect this to be nothing less. As for the beam feature to the device I think that's one of the most innovative thing I have seen for pedals in a long long time.

Lets not get to instrument availability because that's another road that pisses me off even more. Most instruments I try I only get to do so because of my time with the music institute I visit. So many artists come and visit so I get to try a lot of what I want with those groups. But, whenever I travel anywhere I make it a point to step into a guitar store and give atleast four instruments in a run. You'd be shocked to know this and I am sure someone on here will laugh but over here if you want a Precision bass you will be shit out of luck. They don't carry them and if you find someone with one its way more expensive than it needs to be. Keep in mind this is not even elite standard basses. As for local manufacturers there are some nice ones. DGC (Darjeeling Guitar Company) is nice and I have played two of their three guitars which is just fantastic. We get most Asian manufacturers here like Ibanez, Cort, etc but even those we get the more limited models and if you want to actually play one to see how it is its better to just catch a flight to Singapore or Japan and just try it out there. Then there's the two kill approach on pricing. Firstly, the import price which already makes you think twice about buying locally. Then, the state govt. drop its GST on top of that import price. Now, vendors can't cut deals with customers to give them better pricing (They still try god bless them) so the natural inclination is to not try and get the more pricier instruments down even if there is a market to buy them. The only way I got my JEM I wanted is because I know the person who deals directly with Ibanez and I said I'd be willing to pay for it before they had it shipped here because if I had done the store price id have gotten fucked on the 40% markup from the original price. (P.S. I am going to go with a JEM JR and then mod it to what I want finally). I am thinking ill post pics in here of the entire process and how I go about it incase anyone wants to do it themselves.

Yeah the problem is that a lot of stores here dont carry a lot of the pedals I want so I can't even go to them and get a feel of what they are like. I will say the new Strymon I purchased (The Timeline) is definitely a pedal you can drop into any setup with no issues.

I used to have this nasty habit of wanting to try pedals and over here finding stuff second-hand as a bass player is a mess. So, I'd go out and buy pedals and then sell them to people in music schools . Thankfully I have stopped eventhough I could easily start it up again but I have that other disease "Buying guitars to experiment with their setup" and I don't sell any of those unless I am really forced to.
