  1. I'm not much of a gamer, but I'm definitely making this my Christmas present: https://store.steampowered.com/app/564050/Bud_Spencer__Terence_Hill__Slaps_And_Beans/ https://www.slapsandbeans.com/ Official Bud Spencer and Terence Hill game in the good ol' 2D pixel sidescroller style
  2. I liked it too, but as Viva la FCB said, the ending was horrible and ruined the film for me so much that I wouldn't consider watching it again... Yuma derailed. Anyway, going to watch The Ballad of Lefty Brown later today, looks pretty good.
  3. I rewatched The Magnificent Seven (the original) yesterday too; much better, although I must admit I liked it better when I first watched it some 25 years ago haha. Steve McQueen, Yul Bryner and Eli Wallach are still top though. As for modern westerns, I agree completely. The last good western I've seen was probably Eastwood's Unforgiven. The Assassination of Jesse James was a good movie too, but more of a drama than a pure western. Quite a few good recent western TV shows/mini series though.
  4. The Magnificent Seven (2016) Didn't manage to watch it until today, it's ok as the action is enjoyable, but wouldn't watch again. They should have called it "The Ethnically Diverse Seven", haha. Nowhere near the original. In fact, I'll rewatch that one now. 6/10
  5. Hehe, I figured when I saw your new profile pic Glad you liked it!
  6. I love Joaquin Phoenix, but that trailer doesn't work for me, looks like overblown arthouse style Taken.
  7. Off-season... There was a twitter post where F1 teams interacted with each other by posting cat gifs, so this doesn't surprise me
  8. Thanks, now I want Mettbrötchen too Or rather the whole Mettigel.
  9. Well, his main sponsor pretty much owns Sauber now, so yeah
  10. Swedish sponsors money winning the seat for Ericsson, I suppose? Couldn't find any other explanation otherwise, both Wehrlein and Giovinazzi would make more sense talent and skill-wise. EDIT: Giovinazzi now confirmed as 3rd driver.
  11. So that's Leclerc and Ericsson officially confirmed. Would have preferred Giovinazzi over Ericsson personally, but I guess Sauber didn't want to go for two Ferrari rookies...
  12. Haha, Deutschland 83 is kind of one part Atomic blonde, one part The Americans Check it out, great show, only 8 episodes, and there will be a sequel produced by Amazon coming out in 2018.
  13. I remember getting hit by nostalgia for the 80s music while watching Deutschland 83 a while ago. Great TV series by the way, it was a horrible decision to have it shown on RTL though, completely missed its target audience.

    Animals

They have those big fat roaches here, like 5-6cm long Ewwww. I had three snake younglings crawling into my room through the balcony and trying to make love with my stereo cable once (almost stepped on one of them, hrrr), probably venomous, but I still prefer that over roaches They have some really strange species here, haha. The weirdest living thing I've seen was some mutant insect which had wings, grasshopper-like legs, at least 4 antennae and fur on it's mid-section Don't even know what the fuck that was haha, but it could run, jump, fly and was damn huge. I think a proper trip to the jungle would be a real treat in terms of spotting unusual species, but I'm too soft for that, haha. Eagles are great, pure force and elegance. Take crowned eagle, for example - not even THAT big, usually up to 4-5kg, yet they are prey on mammals weighing up to 20-30kg
  15. Keine Angst, ich hab schon jede Menge Qualitätskontrolle hinter mir
  16. Any snow yet? We're in comfortable +25 to +30 range at the moment.
