  1. Another bumper update coming - I'm getting good at not updating this lately
  2. 2 places above the relegation zone and some negative football of late so not surprising. Thanks for the memories Paul! No idea who we will get next!
  3. Quoted mine above. Had to do it on my.phone and it took forever
  4. Looking good for Leicester! Could be a record breaking season.
  5. Atletico are the ones letting me down currently. At half time, Dortmund are winning 1-0 whilst Atletico are trailing 2-1 to Celtic.
  6. Dortmund yet to score in the competition yet against a Newcastle team who got that amazing 4-1 win over PSG. The odds are stacked against them but they'll know they need to up the performances to have a chance of getting out of the group or at the least remaining in Europe.
  7. Riding my luck a little bit here but genuinely shocked at how Dortmund are priced THAT high to win. Both teams are in good form so I'd expect the odds to be lower. It's a risk but I can afford to do that at this stage. Dortmund @ 5.50 Atletico @1.75 9.63 = £96.25
  8. It's only a matter of time before we sack our manager. Personally, I think his achievements with us earn him more time with us but the fans are very much against him now. We are in horrendous form and whilst we've shown we can score with 2 goals in each of our last 2 games, we can't hang on to leads and we look like we can't do the basics like a 6 yard pass.
  9. It's been one of those seasons so far where most players are on their 7th or 8th team at least!
  10. RESULTS There was only Rucksackfranzose playing in midweek last week so I've combined it with the weekend's results. Starting with @Rucksackfranzose, he opted for Turkgucu after the draw in midweek, and they went on to win their weekend match so he stays there. @nudge is a point away from getting off the bottom of the table after Bayern's win at the weekend, and they are back in action again tonight. @Coma also picked up a win and remains with Holstein Kiel. Back to winning ways for @Stan as Southampton narrowly beat Hull. Newcastle won 4-0 against Palace so @londonerlilie stays with the Geordies. Bradford and Wrexham drew so @Storts can pick which he goes forward with. Grenoble drew for the 6th time whilst I've been with them, and I'm sticking again. Unbeaten @Viva la FCB drew at the weekend so can choose to carry on with St Pauli or move to Paderborn. @Lucas and @Bluewolf are on the move after Derby were beaten by Shrewsbury in the only defeat of the round! @CaaC (John)'s game was postponed so remains with Ipswich. Stan goes top due to John's postponement but they are now level on games played!
  11. Risky one with Tranmere and Doncaster as both are a little mix and match with their form lately. Doncaster come into this off the back of a good win against Sutton though so hopefully momentum carries then through to a second win on the bounce. Salah to score is a easy one to go for and at a price boosted 2.00, I had to go for it. All together, a return of £47.50 would be nice!
  12. Me too - it makes sense because I always feel a bit weird in the first transfer window adding to the signings already made!
  13. Beta/Early Access is out now as of 4pm! Currently installing.
  14. RESULTS Two weekends worth of action to catch up on, and with the international break, some teams played a couple of teams and some played just the once. In the event of a draw and another game being played before these results, you've remained at the same club for better or for worse. The main news is that we have a new leader in the league as @CaaC (John)'s Ipswich carried on their excellent run whilst @Stan could only manage a draw with Southampton. @Rucksackfranzose won twice with Vilzing to earn 6 points. @Viva la FCB is STILL unbeaten after 10 games as St Pauli storm Nurnberg with a 5-1 win. Bayern also won so @nudge gets their second win of the season but is still yet to get off the bottom of the table. @Tommy drew so could choose to move to Dusseldorf or remain with Osnabruck. A draw for @Lucas with Notts County, and a draw for @Bluewolf with Derby meant that the two faced off in the EFL Trophy where Derby were the victors so both are now with them. Grenoble drew for the 5th time since I joined them and I will ride it out with them once more. @Coma chose Elversberg who then drew again so it's decision time for him once more. West Ham and Newcastle drew so @londonerlilie has the pick of the two. A draw with Grimsby meant @Storts stayed with them for their defeat at the hands of Bradford in the EFL Trophy. Bradford then won in the league so he remains with the Bantams, winning his first game since leaving Ipswich EIGHT clubs ago! @RandoEFC had his first chance to get back into the proper leagues as he faced off against Exeter in the EFL Trophy but Arsenal U21 prevailed 5-0 so he remains in the Premier League 2 for now. And now for the next lot of fixtures - a few decisions to be made
  15. Saturday 21st October, 2023 Norwich 0-2 Leeds Aberdeen 1-0 Dundee, 18.00 Nice 0-1 Marseille, 20.00 Sao Paulo 1-1 Gremio, 22.30 New York City 1-1 Chicago Fire, 23.00 Sunday 22nd October, 2023 St Louis City 0-1 Seattle Sounders, 02.00 Perth Glory 1-0 Newcastle Jets, 09.45 Girona 2-1 Almeria, 15.15 St Liege 1-1 Anderlecht, 17.30 AC Milan 1-3 Juventus, 19.45
  16. Only saw Hazard play in person once and that was Chelsea's 4-3 win over Sunderland in December 2013. He scored twice and assisted one in that game and was incredible to watch.
  17. When he puts Bald does that mean he will shave his hair as well if it comes good?
  18. Dear Teacher, Pyfish has now submitted his homework. It was deep in the bottom of his bag screwed up next to his tangled up earphones. He will be more prompt with handing in his work in future. Regards, Pyfish's Guardian
  19. World Mental Health Day today and this video from Norwich is really powerful.
  20. San Marino don't tend to lose by too many goals but a loss is a cert. Northern Ireland in their last few meetings with San Marino have tended to score 2 or 3 goals (and 4 on one occasion) so under 3.5 goals at that price is good in my eyes. Lincoln are struggling for form at the moment despite being higher in the table than Burton. Burton are in great form and hopefully at 3.50 they can beat Lincoln. 8.75 double pays out £87.50 - bold.
  21. Saturday 14th October, 2023 Northern Ireland 2-0 San Marino, 14.00 Chelsea Women 1-0 West Ham Women, 17.30 Ivory Coast 1-1 Morocco, 18.00 Italy 3-0 Malta, 19.45 USA 0-2 Germany, 20.00 Sunday 15th October, 2023 FC Dallas 1-1 Colorado Rapids, 01.30 Mexico 2-0 Ghana, 01.30 Liverpool Women 1-0 Everton Women, 16.30 Turkey 3-0 Latvia, 19.45 Wales 1-2 Croatia, 19.45

    Big Brother

It seems to be like classic Big Brother - a mix of different people from different backgrounds rather than, like you say, people doing it for fame or brand deals. It's certainly an interesting mix of people which I'm already seeing are going to cause drama which is what makes the show what it is.
