I didn't watch most of the game today, but to be fair I'm not too surprised that Dusseldorf gave as good as they got, because their recent performances have been gutsy. It's such a harsh way to lose a game, I agree, but that's football. It's sods law that when a so called lesser side arguably plays better than the bigger side, but get undone by a moment of quality. Haaland's header proved to be decisive in this match, but your last couple of games against Augsburg and Union are definitely winnable. Keep the faith! In all honesty, you don't deserve to get relegated in general, so while I'm very happy you lost today, I still hope it is Mainz who goes down instead of you or us. That was a terrible clearance from Sommer, straight into the path of Zirkzee, who tucked the ball away into the empty net.
