Manuel Neuer out for the rest of the season - Sommer signed as replacement

Sommer to Bayern and Omlin to Gladbach are confirmed. It looks like a great deal for both clubs. Sommer is the world class keeper that Bayern need right now in Neuer's absence. Omlin has been highly rated for a while and should do a good job at Gladbach as Sommer's replacement. Is it just me or do the Swiss produce an abundance of great keepers?)

Bayern apparently nearly went for Kasper Schmeichel when the Sommer deal stalled, Gladbach found out and then changed their stance to let the move happen 😮

Where's that from? Nothing about it in German media, that's why I ask? Reliable source?

Wouldn't say he's the most reliable of sources ever, but he has got things right in the past from memory, at least when it comes to Leicester transfer knowledge.

Like any rumour, it could be bollocks.

Now it's popping up in several German media as well, so it's probably no bollocks InteresCredit to Bayern for managing to keep it undiscussed until now, usually every step they take is reported on all over Germany.O.o
