who needs to do what:
Hoffenheim need to match Leverkusen's result to stay in 4th and secure Champions League football.
RB Leipzig need to win and hope Hoffenheim and Leverkusen both lose to get CL football next season.

Frankfurt can draw or win and hope Leipzig lose to play in the Europa League next season
Stuttgart need to do the unlikely and beat Bayern away and hope Frankfurt as well as Leipzig both lose

Wolfsburg need to beat Koln and hope Freiburg lose at home to Augsburg in order to survive. 
If Freiburg draw, they will be safe and Wolfsburg will at most be playing the relegation play-off.
To avoid automatic relegation, Hamburg need to beat Gladbach and hope Wolfsburg lose.
