Dave
He's unlikely to play again and his contract expires at the end of this season. What should Arsenal do? @SirBalon @Panna King @Gunnersauraus @6666 @Chaaay AFC @...Dan @shut up @Asura
SirBalon
From a business point of view either let his contract come to a conclusion or come to a new agreement where he earns according to his status which is as a surplus player meaning he comes on from the bench. From an ethical perspective the club should negotiate a new improved contract in the same manner all players get. From a sporting view of the matter it's a combination of the two with the only issue to think about is whether or not the club will be investing in a replacement and what that replacement would be... Would it be a competition to both Aubameyang and Lacazette which means a top player or someone in the same field as Welbeck which is an option and alternative from the bench to change things and revolutionise a dodgy situation within the game. 6666
He's done well this season in the non-Premier League competitions. If he's happy with that role then sure but I can see him leaving to go somewhere where he gets more Premier League minutes.
