Sounds like that goal should not have been given.

'a mile offside' apparently, according to Talksport commentators.

Nope, defender kicked the ball away playing Sterling onside   ...2-0

Ridiculously shady.

I always support the idea of VAR but it's potential to "correct" the results of games is quite dangerous.

City very lucky there. Very clear offside, VAR never allows that.

As long as we stop hearing from the tedious London/Mancunian media about how Liverpool get all the decisions from now on.

The defender played Sterling onside, the call to give the goal was correct

Sterling was offside when Aguero chests the ball into his path and clearly influences the defender. Stop talking bollocks 😂

Aguero flicks the ball onto Sterling who is offside, and the moment he attempts to reach the ball, even before the defender touches it, immediately that should be him offside.

It is possible to interpret that situation so as to allow the goal, but only if you are extremely intent on it. The straightforward interpretation is no goal every day of the week.

Me and the Officials and the other football experts don't agree with you  .. defender kicks the ball at Sterling then the ball ends up in the net 1-0
