Moderator Tommy Posted July 26, 2019 Moderator Posted July 26, 2019 Awww, the best bromance lives on.
MUFC Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 Kimi thinking you fucked when somebody isn't racing your race for you.
nudge Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 Racing Point's and Williams' upgrades seem to be working... At least judging from their times in FP1. Williams (Kubica) are able to keep up with Sauber
MUFC Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 Lewis backs Seb. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/formula1/49109648
nudge Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 Most of the teams went for long runs in FP1 due to temperatures supposed to go up even further in the next practice session.

Eco Posted July 26, 2019 Author Posted July 26, 2019 The gap between Max and Gasly is clearly the largest in F1.

Eco Posted July 26, 2019 Author Posted July 26, 2019 Nico's car has stalled in the pit lane. Gear box issues they are saying.
Eco Posted July 26, 2019 Author Posted July 26, 2019 Sainz with 'Break pedal failure'. Poor Gasly, you almost feel for him.
nudge Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 Grosjean lost power on his last lap as well. Quite a few technical issues so far.

Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted July 26, 2019 Subscriber Posted July 26, 2019 Think Mercedes will do better in the rain than Ferrari. Reckon the Renault boys can take advantage as well.

Yeah - which is why I'm not getting excited about Ferrari's performance today. If they weather turns, I believe it goes into Mercedes favor, and I'm not sure how Racing Point would do with a change of conditions.
MUFC Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 Hot weather Ferrari might have the edge, rain will be Mercedes. Last season Hungary was 100% a Ferrari track, but the rain in qualy put things back into Mercs favor. Rain might also throw Max into the mix.
