I'm all for drivers getting punished for leaving the track but we've spent so long behind the safety car and lost so many front runners just because they've dipped a wheel slightly wide on that corner. There's a middle ground between processional AIDs which has been going on for most of the season bar the last few races and drivers getting eliminated for barely making a mistake.
