  1. Past hour
  2. Bayern are living up to their nickname FC Hollywood. An online petition is now circulating against signing Rangnick and pro Tuchel staying.
  3. Today
  4. Raya White - Saliba - Gabriel - Udogie Rice Saka - Odegaard - Maddison Son - Havertz
  5. To make it interesting, one XI for the upcoming game and a separate XI for the Premier League years as a whole...my XI for the upcoming derby for now. Raya Porro - Saliba - van de Ven - Udogie Odegaard - Rice - Maddison Saka - Son - Trossard
  6. I don't think Perez to Mercedes is a go-er. I wouldn't be shocked anymore to see Verstappen go there if their form picks up in the back end of the season. Red Bull would be kind of fucked if that happened. They'd probably then have to go for Sainz and/or Norris. Hulkenberg to Audi is an interesting move. The talk has always been that Sainz would go there to lead their new project. It could still be Sainz/Hulkenberg but I wonder if they're getting one driver tied down as they're struggling to get Sainz over the line while he holds out for potential gaps at Mercedes or Red Bull. Interesting times. This is a blow for Haas because Hulkenberg is clearly doing the business for them more than Magnussen. They're not an appealing prospect for an established driver unless the likes of Perez or Bottas are keen on extending their stay in the sport "for the sake of it".
  7. He's not really doing much at RB considering the dominance of the team. I wonder if Red Bull will look to replace him?
  8. It's interesting watching the developments at United, the pursuit of a lot of the people behind the scenes who are yet to start, or have only recently started at the club. It wouldn't surprise me if they keep Ten Haag on in the Summer with minimal outlay just so the new structure can actually spend a serious amount of time together analyzing the direction the club needs to take.
  9. If Arsenal beat Spurs away at the weekend i think they will win the rest leaving us no room for error. an injury or two or mad sending off could de-rail us so it's not over yet. on the flip side if they lose to Spurs we have one hand on the trophy ..a few weeks ago people was saying it's the best title race ever, now City are back in the driving seat it's a shit farmers league bet if Arsenal win it they will say it's the best title race ever again lol
  10. Checo to Mercedes seems like a weird move to me.
  11. Hamilton to Ferrari Perez to Mercedes Sainz to Red Bull
  12. Opting for this But did also consider this:
  13. I didn't realise how many players Brighton have out injured at the moment, it's about 6 or 7 of their starting eleven, certainly goes some way to explaining their bad run of form.
  14. The driver carousel is going to be very interesting. Will Audi also go for Sainz? What happens to Bottas and Zhou? Who will drive for Haas?
  15. Bochum 2-2 Hoffenheim Bayern 2-1 Frankfurt Leipzig 2-1 Dortmund Freiburg 2-1 Wolfsburg Augsburg 2-1 Bremen Leverkusen 2-2 Stuttgart Gladbach 2-1 Union Mainz 2-1 Köln Darmstadt 1-2 Heidenheim
  16. Wolves & Brighton's drop in form has pretty much ended their hopes of European football next season. Wolves without a win in their last 6, Brighton their last 5. Villa capitalised on gaining more points while Tottenham didn't play, but the North London club have a chance to catch up with an extra London derby in midweek vs Chelsea. Chelsea can do their own catching up in that game should any of the clubs directly above them drop points at the weekend. The top 3 change up again and Liverpool lose ground following their Merseyside Derby loss, whilst Man City and Arsenal picked up resounding wins in midweek. It could all change again this weekend, as there's a North London derby to pick through and a few sides facing opponents who have their own survival battles to contend with...
  17. The penultimate weekend is upon us. Mathematically, the remaining two spots can't be decided this weekend because Huddersfield & Birmingham face each other. Neither of those teams can confirm survival, but the teams directly above them can do a whole world of good in improving chances of survival, or even confirming it. Lots of permutations to consider! - Stoke and QPR would just need a point if Huddersfield win/draw, or a win if Birmingham win - Blackburn need to win and hope Birmingham don't win to ensure survival. A draw is likely to also be good enough if Huddersfield win, due to the superior goal difference - Plymouth have to win and hope Huddersfield win to confirm survival - Birmingham are relegated if they lose and Sheff Weds & Plymouth win & Blackburn draw/win - Huddersfield are relegated if they lose and Sheff Weds draw/win. If Huddersfield draw, they will be relegated if Plymouth draw/win & Sheff Weds win. Next Games: QPR vs Leeds Southampton vs Stoke Blackburn vs Coventry Millwall vs Plymouth Sheff Weds vs West Brom Huddersfield vs Birmingham
  18. The bookies usually give a good indication of probabilities. Last weekend City's odds were 1.40 (70%+ chance), Arsenal were at 5.00 (20% chance) and Liverpool were at 7.00 (~14% chance). I've been keeping an eye on it and after Arsenal smashed Chelsea on Tuesday, City drifted as far as 1.72 and Arsenal closed into about 2.62 which was starting to look pretty close. Liverpool's defeat and City's big win have reset things a bit though. City back to 1.40, Arsenal on 3.25 (30%ish chance) and Liverpool now out to 41.00 (2.5% or so). I don't think City will blink but if they do, I wouldn't lose any sleep over us losing at Arsenal on the last day if it gets them over the line and denies City the title. They've won 6 out of 7 and are on for their 4th in a row. Huge shame to see any team have the league sewn up like that for so long.
  19. I genuinely believe it's yours again this season. The fact that your team shows up when it matters the most and has the experience to get you'll through this tough part of the year is whats going to see you'll crowned champions again while the other two contenders will falter eventually. I don't think the historical statistics of your problems with Spurs is going to play into this at all. I know you'll say it's not over till it's over but displays like last night are why you're going to be champions again.
