Can you only download the app on a phone and not on a laptop?

No, I registered with them a while back and had full access to the game. But now it's not allowing me to join. I've just read what Stan wrote, so I think I will have to use the 'sign in with Google' option in order to play the game.

Now it's just saying "session lost", when I try to login.

I can seem to go online on the site. It just says "This page isn't working at the moment."

FC St. Pauli have bought young Wales international right-back Fin Stevens from Brentford FC. Fin Stevens, who made his debut for Premier League side Brentford as a 17 year old in 2020, has subsequently had loan spells at Swansea City and Oxford United. Stevens, who turned 21 this April, is a product of the Arsenal Youth Academy. Stevens is also a former captain of the Wales Under-21 national team, where he earned an impressive 17 international caps for them and scored 1 international goal. Stevens at age 21, is still eligible to play for the Wales Under-21 national team, but such were his impressive performances for them, he is now a full international for the senior Wales national team. He has 2 international appearances for the senior Wales national team to date. By signing for St. Pauli, Fin Stevens becomes the second British player currently on the books of the Hamburg-based club, joining Scottish international Scott Banks. Both young Brits have secured permanent deals with St. Pauli this summer, and their arrivals are seen as promising acquisitions. Playing in the Bundesliga, Germany's top-tier league, will be a new and exciting experience for both players. Interestingly, Fin Stevens is not the first Welsh international player to don the St. Pauli jersey in recent seasons. Wales international centre-back James Lawrence played for St. Pauli for 3 seasons, from 2019 until the summer of 2022. This trend suggests that St. Pauli have somewhat developed a preference for buying British players in recent seasons. FC St. Pauli sign Fin Stevens - FC St. Pauli (fcstpauli.com)

Against the run of play, Jassim went on a solo run and scored with a shot from outside the area to give Iraq the lead. Poor defending from Ukraine there, but you can't take away the good effort from Jassim. Iraq 2-1 Ukraine
-
After Sikan had a shot in a dangerous position fly over the bar early in the 2nd half, Ukraine's pressure eventually paid off as they took the lead. Kryskiv's cross found Batahov, whose powerful header in the area forced the Iraqi keeper into a superb save, but Rubchynskyi was on hand to drill the rebound into the back of the net with a powerful left-footed shot. So Rubchynskyi scored to give Ukraine the lead. However, just moments later, Iraq were awarded a penalty. The decision looked harsh against Ukraine, as Talovierov slightly pushed Hussein in the back, but Hussein dived as if he was shot. It was Hussein himself who stood up to take the penalty and he duly scored from the penalty to equalise for Iraq. Iraq 1-1 Ukraine
-
The Ukrainian right back Krupskyi went on a run, skipped past a tackle and then shot at goal forcing an excellent block by the Iraqi keeper. Ukraine are really dominating here, it's only a matter of time before they score surely.
-
I am watching Ukraine take on Iraq at the Olympics and Ukraine have largely dominated in the opening 35 minutes. Mykhailenko forced the Iraqi keeper Hassan into a great save early on. But Maksym Khlan has been outstanding. His dribbling skills are impressive and he is extremely creative. Khlan has already had 2 big efforts in this game so far go narrowly wide of the target. Khlan currently plays his football in Poland, but I can't see him remaining there for long. Khlan has been a key player for Ukraine's under 21's over the last year.

Yes, it is very surprising given that it is an official Bundesliga game. Hopefully they make the necessary changes and updates soon. It also says that there are 10 days left of the transfer window for the game, when in real life the Bundesliga transfer window closes much later on the 30th of August. Anyway, we will have to watch this space.)
-
Yeah, they still haven't introduced the new transfer signings into the Bundesliga so that we could potentially buy them for our teams. I think we will have to keep an eye on this on a day to day basis until they make the new changes and transfers.

Is this a sincere apology? Or is this an "I need to save my arse and save my career" apology?
-
Actually, I just read that his parents were originally from the Congo, but that they moved to Angola as refugees. Camavinga was then born in an Angolan refugee camp.
-
Lol, all the reasons you initially gave as to why he might not play at the next World Cup were age related. I am not the one mind reading, you were no doubt going to mention his age as the main reason for potentially dropping him for the next World Cup. I just put 2 and 2 together. I will tell you were I stand, if it has not already been made clear. - Walker has been excellent for England and at club level in recent years, regularly giving top notch performances and being recognised by his performances in the media. Of course a new manager may or may not see fit to try someone else in his position. - I said if he keeps up his current performances, remains the best in his position and if his performances don't take a dip, then he should start for England at the next major competition that England compete in. Which is most likely going to be the World Cup. I never suggested that the next manager would share my opinion, I just gave my own opinion. - I think he had a very good tournament and that he was really solid at right-back. He was one of the main reasons we conceded so few goals during the Euros. UEFA seem to share my opinion and yeah, it's okay for you or I to agree or disagree. I don't go ultra-defensive at all. I just happen to strongly disagree with you regarding this matter and that's fine, you are of course entitled to your opinion, it's just football. - I agree with you on this point, 4 years is a very long time in football.
-
That impressive performance at these Euros has given him this big break. He was excellent for Georgia it has to be said. I wish him the best of luck at a top club like Lyon.
-
I never denied that I mentioned age first. Read my last post. I point out that you were going to mention his age anyway, because your main reason for perhaps dropping him for the next Euros was age related.
-
I agree, but we've also got a bloody good back-up forward in Ollie Watkins. Watkins was excellent whenever he came on for England and there will be plenty of top clubs wanting to buy him this summer. He will not be staying at Aston Villa, with all due respect to them. Kane is a world class forward and yes, he wasn't fully fit at these Euros. To give up on him now would be very daft. He has been performing at a high level both at international and club level for years now. I do hope that he wins a trophy soon though, because a player of his class deserves his hands on at least one major cup.
-
Are you a mind-reader now, a psychic? Are you going to tell me what I think? I do think he deserves to be in the team of the tournament, he was very solid and made some excellent tackles for us. Do I think that there were other excellent right-backs who have a claim? Sure, the competition is tough for all positions in the team of the tournament. But yes, I do believe he deserves his place in the team of the tournament. So there's your honest answer from me. I already explained myself as regards to his age. I believe if you are good enough then you should play. The best performing players should start for the team in my opinion, regardless of their age. You brought up his age as a main reason as to why he should be dropped. So even if I didn't bring up his age, you were clearly going to mention it as the reason why he shouldn't be selected. Because you believe that maybe younger players should be given more of a chance.
-
My bad, I didn't realise he was of Angolan ancestry. I just went by the players that have historically played for France that weren't originally French, as they were nearly all from the former French colonies.
-
What are you on about? Of course he was one of our better players, he has been one of the best players in his position for years both at club level and international level. While yeah, I do take the team of the tournament seriously as well, it's not selected by some armchair football fans giving their random opinions. The team is selected by a panel of technical experts from UEFA. I already mentioned his age and I said that so long as he continues to play excellently as he is now, then he should remain in our team. So I don't know why you are bringing up that point either, as I already gave an answer to it. Everyone, including yourself was praising bloody Pepe for Portugal and saying he was great and he is flippin 41! If you're good enough, then it doesn't matter how old or young you are, you should start in the team.

Who has been the best player at the Euro 2024 for you?
Michael replied to Tommy's topic in UEFA Euro 2024
It's between Dani Olmo and Nico Williams for me, both were very influential and exciting to watch. -
Angola? Angola wasn't even a French colony, the French don't have any players of Angolan origin. If they want to be insulting to the French team, they should at least get their facts right. It will be interesting to see how Enz Fernandez explains himself when he returns to Chelsea.

Your neighbour needs to take his meds. Southgate's record as England manager of 2 European Championship finals appearances, a World Cup semi-final finish and another World Cup quarter final finish is by all accounts an impressive record. Those were the 4 tournaments in which he was given the opportunity to manage England. Lets also not forget that all 4 matches in which England got knocked out at these 4 tournaments, were very close games and England lost by small margins. Fans expect too much sometimes and forget that there are many other teams in contention to win these major competitions. I think we played better than France at these Euros for example and the French were stacked with talented players. The French were also the favourites to win these Euros before a ball was kicked in Germany. Which other England manager has done as well as Southgate as England manager since the great Sir Alf Ramsey? The likes of Bobby Robson and Venables are held in high esteem as great England manager, but lets be honest, even they didn't do as well for England, compared to what Southgate has done as England manager. Equally the managers of our so called "Golden Generation", didn't get as far in major competitions as what Southgate has done. So while Southgate wasn't perfect, lets give the manager his dues for what he has achieved for England as their manager.
-
I agree with Trippier and Dunk needing to be dropped, but Walker still performs superbly for England. I know he is now 34, but if he keeps up the great performances, we should still play him. Walker was one of our best players at these Euros and he was the only England player to be named in the Euro 2024 team of the tournament. So in my opinion, we should only drop him if his performances drop. As of now, he is still playing excellently for England.
