  1. It feels like the precedent has been set now for Everton to get a 4 point deduction for the second breach, effectively cancelling out the 4 points they got back on appeal. I really hope any appeal is all settled before the last game of the season. Its not fair on anybody otherwise and devalues the competition.
  2. I wonder if they'd still appeal if its, let's say, 2 points.
  3. They lost the training ground this week so let's hope these guys are legitimate and not time wasters.
  4. The first of two weekends that's not going to ruined by feeling obliged to watch Palace. Brilliant.
  5. I saw Cucurella getting a lot of grief for this but it also shows how little Sterling helps out defensively.
  6. Subtle as ever Tim Sherwood . I thought Cole Palmer handled that really well.
  7. "Don't worry Rich, I promise you if you buy Jordan Ibe, Brad Smith, Dom Solanke for a prices I set, I'll sort you out one day. Hopefully one of them will eventually turn out good".

  9. It feels like that for most clubs this season. Off the top of my head Man United, Newcastle, Brighton, Chelsea, Brentford, Palace, Fulham and Forest fans have complained about having more injuries than usual for long periods. I don't think we've had Olise and Eze start more than four games for us this season, and I don't think they've both played alongside Doucoure at all.
  10. It feels like with the additional fixtures and interupted season breaks for international tournaments that having several registered players injured at the same time will be a common occurance for most clubs.
  11. Everton and Brentford will be fine. Everton will probably circle the plug hole another season but I wouldn't be surprised if Brentford alter there transfer strategy and find a way to become more succesful next season even without Toney. If we go down we only have ourselves to blame. Our starting XI is good enough to finish in the top half, but the gap between them and the rest of the team is pretty staggering. Without Eze, Olise, Doucoure and Guehi we have been putting out a team that would struggle to make the playoffs in The Championship. Imagine telling somebody a year ago we would sell Zaha and not replace him. There's no way Luton deserve to finish below us. I'm personally beyond caring what happens. I don't like the owners, I don't like vocal portions of our fan base, and the players I do like are going to be part of a wasted era in our history as we had in 1995.
  12. I'm not sure what's more suspicious. The two at the top or the one at the bottom:
  13. More of a red than the McGinn sending off today for me. The fact his ankle slid a bit instead of planting has probably saved a nasty injury.
  14. This would be a little rich given they employ Thomas Partey.

Cody and Rollins win night one. Babies are thrown in the air. Everybody's delighted. Then Roman wins night two. And we have another year of his boring title reign. Because we can't be happy twice.
