To be fair, he can be a confusing one for the new members. I think almost all of us long time members have accepted that he's harmless, but I don't blame the new members for misunderstanding him.

I agree, it is a bit of a shame though. I have kept in touch with him and we've talked a few times since. Kind of wish he stuck around but I understand the reasoning.

For the first time I got offered a scouting job at an agency. It will be my 3rd job, but the first time I will actually feel wanted/needed. Hopefully this is the actual start of a long and successful career.
