  3. Tbh as long as you're staying in the tourist area and not on the outskirts anywheres fine. I stayed a 15-20 min walk north of the Arc de Triomphe and that's the most westerly landmark you'll see.

Yeah that's where I got confused though your Australianness goes against you, League is class and so much more entertaining than Union. For all the "tactics" involved it's still generally lacking in skill compared to what you see in League every game. I'll buy you a West Coast Pirates shirt when you get a team
  5. Paris is class, how long you going for? You'll deffo have to schedule in a second visit. Budget for public transport, you can walk it all but I wouldn't recommend it, walking through the day is fine but it's when you wanna get home is the bastard. An entire day could be Arc de Triomphe, walk to the Eiffel Tower go up, come down, walk down the Champ de Mars and have a butchers at the Musee de l'Armee then walk from there to the River Seine. Pick some lunch up at a boat restaurant on the river, head over to the Place De La Concord and up the Champs Elysees. Other than the obvious like Notre Dame and the Louvre (which I'd recommend doing together due to proximity), Le Jardin Du Luxembourg is probably the best park you'll ever go to and Montmatre has to be given a full evening, good food, artsy corner of the city and a fantastic view and if you can go in the Sacre -Coeur even better. Paris is one of my favourite cities.

I think if Eubank takes it easier and looks to pick him apart rather than just throw punches a thousand miles per hour he'll probably win, Groves took a lot of hits against Cox that Eubank would probably be more punishing of.

It'll make for a good fight, Groves has proven he's prone in the past to getting caught off guard but at the same time Eubank looks dangerous but for me I feel in the past his explosive hits often come at the cost of accuracy and since fighting BJS he hasn't fought someone really who's at his level.

  13. No one wants to go to Wembley time after time to watch us struggle to beat countries that we should be streets ahead of. Defo should move games around the country but that'd mean the FA using common sense.

When they fight I can't see Wilder getting past Joshua's upper cut.
  15. What my preferred England side would look like: Hart Walker - Jones - Stones - Rose Dier - Wilshere Lallana - Alli - Rashford Kane I throw Wilshere in there because a. we don't have a decent playmaker who can play that deep and take the game forward and b. because I hope he can one day start to take the form he was taking prior to his silly injuries. Has the ability to be a class centre mid for us and our best centre mid but obviously he's so injury prone that he's more likely to retire than do that. You could literally replace Wilshere with anyone because ultimately they will all be as pointless as each other. I picked Eric Dier because he can slot into a back three and allow Walker and Rose to bomb forward. Lallana when fit just has to be in there because it's some level of creativity, Kane picks himself currently and we don't have a better attacking midfielder than Alli. I like Rashford and think he's mature enough to play out-wide, plus has the pace and creativity to do something from there but I wouldn't expect the miracles that were being expected when he first turned up. Basically Rashford over Sterling. Ultimately we'll be pants anyway but that's what I'd like to see in an extremely perfect world...
  16. Be glad you've only known her the last few years...some of my family are half Portuguese and watching them beat us in the Euros and World Cup was painful all those years ago. I can understand why you don't want to watch, there just isn't an improvement at all. There is no style of play that we look to work with and improve upon, with no disrespect to Slovenia, we should be beating them comfortably. We struggled to beat Slovakia. We're 1-0 up against Scotland and Joe Hart concedes a free-kick, OK, one free kick, let him off even if you think he should have saved it. They get another free kick, everyone knows what they're about to do with it and they go and score an identical goal to make it 2-1...just for us to equalise in the last minute, to show "grit and determination"...how about another show of lack of quality. Manager after manager it has been total dross since Sven left, who would have thought that. Obviously it's not just the managers fault, the players have been utterly gash bar maybe one player. Literally can only think of one player who has actually performed for England regularly after Sven left and that was Ashley Cole. His performance against Italy when they done us on penalties was probably the best performance of any England player in years.
  17. I'm sure United fans won't be complaining as they're getting dominant wins but it's so boring watch United, get the ball out wide and just hammer it to Lukaku or Fellaini's head. Obviously there's a bit more to it than that but overall that's the impression I get from seeing their highlights over here. It's a shame really because United were never really famed for being a dull side under Fergie.
  18. Too early to say and now he's been injured we can't say, but Benjamin Mendy.

They were so good the game was in danger of being dull, thought the Cowboys were going to throw that chance of a Try away.

NRL Grand Final today, Storm vs Cowboys. I'm going to go with a Storm win but as I spent 9 months living in what is Cowboys territory I hope they win today.
