  1. Just watched 'Zombieland' Double Tap If you liked the first one you will love this one... had a smile on my face pretty much most of the way through the whole thing... plenty of laughs and enjoyed Zoey Deutch as Madison... played the dippy blonde almost to perfection... great cast and make sure you stay with it through the end credits... 8.5/10 for me
  2. @nudge.. bet that's @CaaC (John) straight on your xmas shit list now... How could you John??? Words escape me...

Just browsing an article of old 60's photos and came across this one... Apparently the man on the toboggan was a death row inmate who was drafted in to test the 'Safety' of the ride before it was opened to the public.. Mmm.. 'Safety' you say, so as long as you don't plummet from the side on the way down and don't get hit in the head by a heavy toboggan when you hit the net or it does not come flying off into a nearby crowd we can just bundle the kids on it and crack on... So apart from little Tommy getting a fractured skull and little Milly getting impaled on a nearby tree branch a good time was had by all..
  4. Don't forget to tag Nudge in on this mate, she loves a bit of Tom Cruise...

He is talking about a digital clock probably by the side of his bed or in the office or something and when he looks at it the time always seems to be on the same set of numbers...
  8. Devon early last year... It was a present from my eldest and his wife, really nice, weather was great and believe it or not that is the only time me and the missus have been on holiday alone since we have been together... with mostly me being the only one working and 4 kids to feed and clothe and bills coming out of my bumhole we just never really had holidays as a priority which is a shame but there you go... been trying to persuade her that it's time we cut the kids loose and cracked on with things we want to do, we are not getting any younger and if I am going to see the sights and visit places both beautiful and unknown I would prefer to do it without being pushed around in a wheelchair by a carer and having somebody on facebook trying to turn the whole thing in to some good will charity event...
  9. Looks great mate and despite your reservations sounds and looks like it was a good time for you both... I see things like this and really do feel the need to get my arse in gear and get out and about more...
  10. That actually looks quite good...
  11. I fully expect us to be able to get the result against Lille that we need to make it through but after that I also fully expect us to be making a swift exit from the competition... It would not be realistic to expect us to go any further with our defence the way it is now... Same could be said for our top 4 ambitions, Earlier in the season we were outscoring the opposition and this covered over the cracks of our leaky defence but when you start to lose to sides like West Ham and Everton who have been playing badly and conceding left right and centre then we are going to be in trouble as the season goes on...

Could just be me but I would have thought a bridge might be in order or would that take away from the Aussies sense of adventure??
  17. Everyone I talk too has a positive outlook regarding the team currently and it has made a difference around the ground for sure but we need to remember that this youthful team has been forced on the club rather than it being natural development through the ranks, It's a cosy fit for both Club and Lampard at the moment who probably has no illusions about his position but in the long term it's anybody's guess what might happen, once the transfer ban ends will they stick with Lampard or will they try and get someone with more experience in the summer if the club don't achieve it's targets?? What then happens with the youth if they do bring someone else in?? will they go diving back in the market for more experienced players and will the youth once again be pushed to one side?? It's possible that this season will be a one off or if you like a vision of what could be for the future of the club.. Chelsea are not known for their patience though are they
