  1. I see Trumps trying to weasel his way out of the next debate...
  2. Yea, don't get me wrong I wouldn't expect people to wear them every single time they go out but when gathering together in a big group you might think people would exercise a little caution..

Every dad has had this conversation at some point with his daughter... A classic case of the immovable object meeting the unstoppable force.. https://9gag.com/gag/an4d9jb Please note that it's been my experience of this over the years where the immovable object in question ( The Dad ) gets totally bypassed at some point through devious means until you are just reduced to making the new boyfriend feel really uncomfortable around you...
  4. I don't know about where you are living but mask wearing is so hit and miss round here now, It has actually gone backwards and less people are wearing them than they were a month ago except in shops where they won't get served unless they do obviously.. Just seen untold mums picking their kids up from school and did not see any of them wearing a mask, not one! Would have thought they would as they are all gathered together outside chatting waiting for the kids..

I tried to make it interesting so glad you enjoyed it.. I mean it's an audit after all and although I think maybe there could have been the odd explosion or juicy murder in there I didn't think that would have sounded very realistic... I might try and include a fight sequence in the next one we have to spice things up a bit because in all honesty audits are as much fun as trying to shove a cactus up my bum...
  7. Will you be going on a tour of your neighbourhood in the car if you get the all clear???

Audit over... 3 days and only 2 minors picked up which gave us an AA rating... it would have been AA+ but it was announced due to Covid.. Damn fine result... Despatch got a pass with distinction due to the fact I took the whole thing seriously and didn't crack any jokes...

Trying to crack a funny in the middle of our company's single most important audit of the year would not be top of my 'to do' list mate..

If they paid me the overtime I would.... Our engineers take forever to get anything done.. It's taken them 3 months just to replace a damaged safety mirror outside

Funny you say that... She was with us today and our outer loading bay door is slightly off kilter and it does not close tightly enough at the bottom and there is a small gap on the right hand side of it where the light was coming through and she picked up on that... But we got a pass on that so whoever the culprit is it's not us... Hope I made that sound exciting....

  20. The home secretary, Priti Patel, is under pressure on multiple fronts following a claim that Boris Johnson’s failure to conclude a seven-month bullying inquiry into her conduct is damaging relations across Whitehall. The allegation was sent to the prime minister by the FDA union as Patel’s allies said they suspected other ministers may be behind attempts to discredit Home Office plans for asylum seekers by leaking details to the media. Dave Penman, the union’s general secretary, told Johnson that the delay in publishing the inquiry’s findings was eroding trust between ministers and senior civil servants. The Cabinet Office inquiry was launched on 2 March by Michael Gove, who told parliament: “It is vital that this investigation is concluded as quickly as possible in the interests of everyone involved.” 7 months??? that's just taking the piss...
  21. Indeed, That was a bit disappointing to hear that a 3rd season might not be made but fingers crossed someone else picks it up..
