Not renovating but a lot has changed since my posts in 2017. Had a mortgage since just before Christmas last year and it was sad to see our decent deposit disappear from my bank account and now be in debt for 30 years (depending on interest rates my aim is to pay it off in 25 - but twins too soooo). Mortgage isn’t much a month considering we are both still earning good money ( in fact it is currently less than our old combined rent). We will be in a good spot in a few years when we are both working full time and that’s when I want to push harder on the repayments (depending on interest rates again as I keep hearing they’re gonna skyrocket here in a couple of years?!). Feels nice to own my own home though. It’s a well established house on 700m2 block. 4 by 2. Bit of work in the backyard to maintain it and a constant flow of little projects inside the house to get it to where we want it but it’s nice!

Nah doubt they have more fans?! Victory are one of the most well supported.

Geez some game to miss. Sad fall from grace for Victory.

How “warm”? I miss snow. Well, snowboarding. As I quickly found out snow is cool when it’s new to you but after a while it’s a pain in the ass getting around haha. Starting to cool down here but still having some cracking days. A cyclone has just gone past north of Perth though.

managed to catch up on two movies while holding babies.. Venom 7.5/10 Cant believe I hadn’t seen it. Decent Marvel flick in my opinion. There’s definitely better ones but was an easy watch. King Kong (2005 film) 6/10 Had not actually seen it! Was alright. Jack Black is an underrated actor I reckon.

I’m on toilet now by the way and it’s near 8am, first bit of “me” time since about 3pm. My posts earlier were with a tired baby or in between nappy changes haha. Back to work tomorrow though - so need to come up with a plan with the missus about how we can best approach the double fun.
