Thanks! Speaking of Austria, do you know "Kein Stress Kochen" on YouTube? He's pretty funny and well, Austrian. Watched his Wiener Schnitzel video as rehearsal last night.

Made authentic Wiener Schnitzel for the first time today. Completely with veal meat, keeping the pot moving while frying at all times so the coating gets nice and wavy and all those strict Austrian rules.
