Made Veggie Kebab tonight. I used soy curls as a meat substitute. I was curious to try it, and I was positively surprised. Unseasoned it tastes like nothing, once you marinate it, it really takes on the flavour. The texture after cooking and then frying it was really nice as well. Very chicken-like.

Good! They also arrested three people from the incident on Sunday, and four people who hung that Vincius effigy from the bridge back in January! 4 months ago, and only now they have arrested them. Surely a big media outcry helps, but it is a shame that it took them so long. But as I said before, Vinicius is going all out on addressing the issue and accusing the people who should deal with it better, and it seems to work!
