Made Veggie Kebab tonight. I used soy curls as a meat substitute. I was curious to try it, and I was positively surprised. Unseasoned it tastes like nothing, once you marinate it, it really takes on the flavour. The texture after cooking and then frying it was really nice as well. Very chicken-like.

Surely a big media outcry helps, but it is a shame that it took them so long.
