Veggie "Bolognese".
Cooked like a normal Bolognese, just with soy granulate instead of meat. Even the "Parmesan" is vegetarian made out of Cashew nuts. It was surprisingly good if I might say so myself. I've had Bolognese with meat that were worse.
I do like 160-240ish pushups everyday, but I think I over-did it on Saturday and pulled a chest muscle or something. Laughing or coughing are complete agony.
I mean, I saw these pics of you looking like a wannabe Berlin hipster a few weeks/months ago. And now in those running pics, you look as mature and grown up as I've never seen you before. So to me it looks like you're on the right track!
