  1. I actually only ever played the first one Planning to get a proper desktop PC for gaming for Christmas, so will probably have a lot of catching up to do
  2. When you have a sprint race and a feature (main) race over the weekend, the qualifying usually determines the starting grid of both - the qualifying order is the starting grid of the main race, while in the sprint race, it's usually reverse grid of qualifying order for top 8 or top 10 or whatever (depending on the series). So basically since the main race is worth more points, you would still want to do well in qualifying in order to start in front.
  3. Speak for yourself, I, for one, thought it was a brilliant idea
  4. Funnily enough, they are asking opinions about sprint races on the Fan Voice now. Certainly planning something.
  5. Starting this tonight. Has been touted as the best science book of 2022 by so many; really eager to check it out.
  6. It was only missing a few f-bombs Love her.

Good to hear he's safe and sound! Must have been a nightmare for the parents... My cousin went missing once when he was around 9 or so. We were spending some time in the countryside at my grandma's homestead, woke up in the morning, and him (and his bicycle) was gone, nowhere to be found for hours. We got into the cars and went in several directions to search for him, and finally found him cycling on the motorway, heading back to his hometown about 150km away. The little bastard managed to cycle 50 kilometers, all because he was bored, wanted to go back home to his friends, and had an argument with his parents the day before because they were making him stay at the grandma's homestead instead
  8. We have an entire thread for that
  9. I never carry anything in back pocket in public, that's just asking for trouble But to answer your question, it's probably because the front pockets in women jeans/trousers are not wide and deep enough for the size of modern smartphones... So if you don't have a bag and if your hands are full, back pocket is sadly the only option sometimes You should go to Fuerteventura, Chris
  10. This one's about the cartel in a particular city kidnapping people for ransom, and then still killing them and hiding the bodies despite actually getting the ransom money from the families. Some of the victims were even chosen as kidnapping targets by their own extended family members. Unfathomable.
  11. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/12/13/world/americas/miriam-rodriguez-san-fernando.html It's incredibly sad.
  12. Would have been pretty cool, but I guess now Porsche will fully concentrate on the new WEC programme, so I can't complain.
  13. What else did you watch recently? Anything "special"?
  14. Didn't know it was in the works... One of the best books of all time, one that everyone should read. This looks like it could do the book and the original movie adaptation justice. Looks brutal, heartfelt, and depressing, with some lighter episodes depicting the camaraderie of the soldiers. I was glad to see the scene of Paul and Kat stealing geese in the trailer already

Why did they censor the word "weed" though

Pretty much, yeah BUT I made a special taco seasoning mix from a shitload of different spices and herbs, and I chopped the tomatoes In all seriousness though, it should be perfect for a house party or a movie night. Literally takes 15 minutes max, tastes good, and hits the right spot when you're craving some junk food The recipe called for beef originally, but I did a meatless version with three different sorts of beans, tomato, olives, jalapeños, seasoning, parsley and cheddar cheese.
