Subscriber Mel81x+ Posted July 8, 2020 Subscriber Posted July 8, 2020 Utter nonsense. They've had a massive rest (due to the lockdown) and its like saying the summer was moved up so now they are playing a regular season. Obviously its okay for now but for a whole season? Can't see the logic behind this decision.
Danny Posted July 8, 2020 Posted July 8, 2020 I don’t see the point? 5 subs and a water break now I get, the players have had a 3 month break and they’re straight into playing 2 games a week for a month or so to finish off the season, player welfare has to come first. Whats the need for this next season?
Subscriber Dan+ Posted July 8, 2020 Subscriber Posted July 8, 2020 We all know the reason. It's the same reason for nearly any change in football now - to aid those who have the biggest squads, aka, to assist the big clubs, as per nearly everything they do. The more football goes on the less I rate any achievement. It's all so geared towards an obvious outcome anyway.
Administrator Stan Posted July 8, 2020 Administrator Posted July 8, 2020 Not a fan. Clearly favours the bigger clubs who have those bloated squads. No need for it to be extended.
ScoRoss Posted September 10, 2020 Author Posted September 10, 2020 Serie A is keeping 5 substitutions for next season
