Took a long time to get to it though.

I think the time was fair. It was the right call but it was a hard one to get right and can be interpretated by the letter of the law as a penalty.

The way Anthony Taylor trotted off as if he was some sort of Don for getting one decision right in about seven years was annoying though.

French media reporting Arteta will be sacked should Arsenal lose today and Tuchel rumored to replace him.

Its a horrid situation. Something needs to change with the lack of discipline but who in there right mind would want to manage that group of players over the next 18 months? Its a horrid self inflicted scenario.

Same group of players that made it to the Europa league final and won the FA Cup :what:

Players a new Manager is not going to be able to shift because they were either:

- Bought for a large transfer fee and have little to no likelihood of convincing the hierarchy to sell at a loss.

- Are on large wages and not good enough.

- Are on huge wages and long term contracts.

There's not enough to work with. The Young players are good but they're about 18 months off being good enough.
