Subscriber Dan+ Posted August 22, 2021 Subscriber Posted August 22, 2021 I don't like them but Robins has done an incredible job at Coventry.
Lucas Posted August 22, 2021 Posted August 22, 2021 Yeah, it's early days but losing to Huddersfield has to raise some alarm bells for me because they aren't much cop at all. New manager yes, different ideas possibly, but the team's personal hasn't changed enough to warrant that kind of start to the season. The only plus was they didn't go 4 in the league without scoring. It all still feels like Wilder's team with someone else taking charge. Very very early days to talk about managerial changes but for that reason above, I'd never rule out a Wilder return.

He burnt a lot of bridges and threw players under the bus so I can’t see it happening tbh. He had a big say in our Premier League transfer business and they were all shockers, has set the club back years. And that’s the reason he’s struggled to find a new job, as he’s an old soul who wants a lot of power in regards to who the club signs.
