If there is more contact, not necessarily to injure Sterling, then I'd be more inclined for the yellow to be upgraded. But there wasn't. Romero on the other hand should have been booked at least. Yeah, shouldn't need an actual leg break to give a red for that kind of challenge. Only reason he's not gotten a red there is because Sterling moved to protect himself and made it minimal contact, but that's a red card challenge 100% of the time.
