Yes, this is the point I tried to make, perhaps poorly, on Discord. The league has to ensure that 50+1 was followed. Well here's an additional juridical issue, concerning the vote: If the DFL decided conciously the vote to be secret to give Kind the opportunity to vote yes although the club instructed him to vote no, than this "Bösgläubigkeit" might have legal repurcassions for the DFL officials. DfB sports court subjected those clubs whose supporters protested with fines. Now Vfl Osnabrück have risen an objection and are considering to bring a lawsuit against those fines before a regular court. Among other things they're arguing the fan's protests would be backed by their right of freedom of expression. Yeah it's a fair whack. England's is 1.95bil euros a season (well is from 2025 to 2029) albeit that's between two teams more.
