Farke's not it. 6 defeats away from home and all in similar manner. It's got to change tactically, you can't just rely on the front four to always click.

We mainly look devoid of ideas when teams park the bus against us, which is normally about 19 times out of 23. Something we have to contend with for having the talent we do.

Need more ideas. So easy to nulify us if teams sit in and show physicality. Summerville, Rutter, Gnonto all hacked to shreds tonight. Could argue the ref's could show them more protection but equally, you need to man up also.

We deserved nothing tonight really for our play (West Brom were equally poor in fairness, a draw all day long really) but will say one thing though, losing count of the amount of key decisions that don't seem to fall our way. Massive penalty shout before they scored and it changes things.

We just don't seem to be getting those key one's at the right time but this is Football and we should really be reflecting on what little we created than clutching at straws over missed referee decisions.

Think if there were any doubts a month ago they're long gone. 62 points by the start of the new year xD our relegation last season really was one of the most criminally bad bits of mismanagement you will ever see in sport.

Have to say that was incredibly simple. After some initial promise under Bulut Cardiff looked absolutely woeful, one of the easiest games we've had for me.

Well it’s not even 2024 and our season is over. xD

Fully confident we won’t go down but also confident we have no changed of even making the playoffs now. How exciting!

Yeah being below Cardiff at this stage of the season is pretty poor. I thought you were doing much better. Especially Szmodics being top scorer.

In saying that, Bristol City have quietly crept up to being on brink of playoffs.

I've spent the season trying to not be too carried away because ultimately it is my belief that our relegation was absolutely staggering underperformance and that anybody considered a breath of fresh air could come in and probably get us promoted. This is probably going to be what stops Maresca getting all the credit that he does deserve. 20 wins from 25 is very good even if it is expected of us and the question I'd ask is how many of the Premier League would manage that? I reckon it's certainly less than 17, which bodes well.

The recruitment in the summer was largely good. Fatawu is looking like more of an absolute gem of a signing by the week, 19 years old and has the most chances created per minute of any player in Europe. Mavididi has faced a bit of criticism but he's too good for this league as well. Hermansen and Winks are a class above the league as well. Dewsbury-Hall is likewise proving his level is above this division.

It was expected of us, but it was also expected of Leeds and they're now the same number of points away from us as they are from Birmingham in 20th.

After last season and how depressing it was, and despite the fact our performance this season has kind've reaffirmed every single word I said about how badly we underperformed last season, it is nice to be moving in the right direction on the pitch again. Credit to Maresca - who is still a rookie in the game.
