Switzerland & Turkey have at least been a good watch. Netherlands not too bad either. Portugal, France, and England have been terrible.

If neither of the teams want to do anything in extra time, there should be an option to go straight to penalties because that half of extra time, nothing happened. Most of it was just slow passing until the half ended.
