Honey Honey
With Tottenham, Man City and Wenger progressing to the semi finals of the FA Cup 7th place will be a Europa League spot. Can anyone catch Everton who currently have a 7 point lead over West Brom, 9 over Stoke and 14 over Southampton who have 2 games in hand.
Administrator Stan Posted March 13, 2017 Administrator Share Posted March 13, 2017 It's Everton's for sure. I'll eat my proverbial hat if they don't secure 7th. April looks very tough for them though! Their games in April: Liverpoool (A) Man Utd (A) Leicester (H) Burnley (H) West Ham (A) Chelsea (H)
Administrator Stan Posted March 13, 2017 Administrator Share Posted March 13, 2017 Also, they're 11 ahead of Stoke.

Two really easy home games there. 6 points from 12 there is plenty

LFCMadLad
Looking at the run-in I'd say United rather than Everton could finish 7th. I actually fancy Everton for 6th.

Possibly but Everton only have the league games to concentrate on whereas United still have the FA Cup & 2 leg Europa League games to contend with. Uniteds run-in also is horrendous. HK85
We don't win enough away games to concern United.
Dave
It should be Everton. Koeman will want to finish as high as possible whilst I think Southampton may have another wobble and Loyal Tone has got his fourty points and new contract so may lose interest. Carnivore Chris
It'll be Everton easily and will be nice to see them back playing in European competition again. I think with their current side and manager they would have a great chance in it as well if they took it seriously enough.
Cure
Controversial perhaps but Arsenal could well drop into seventh if their uneasy form continues. With only three points between fifth and seventh there's still time and although both Arsenal and United have a two game advantage over Everton a slip-up could cement them in sixth and then it'd only be a matter of time until they're overtaken.
