Hoping for a Palace smashing as we've got them next Saturday. I have a feeling that they'll sort themselves out and win though as Newcastle are pretty wank at the moment with one thing and another.

Never know what team we will put out. Rafa rotates like crazy.

We are unbeaten in 5 games if you exclude our two games against Man City. All since going back to 1 upfront our games are a lot tighter again, fine margins.

We really should have 4 more points and be feeling comfortable though. Swansea and Burnley both came away with draws from SJP when they really shouldn't have.

If we had a decent striker we would be comfortably and deservedly mid table. Instead we have Gayle and/or Joselu missing sitters every week.

Unfortunately now we are under pressure. The drop is getting the closer. This is about the time in the season when all those prior frustrations, those missed points, it all piles up and you crack, the team cracks, they descend into panic and nervy football like Stoke under Mark Hughes.

This is where Rafa has to come into his own now and keep them calm. Especially if we go behind.

1-0 to the Geordies!

Diame is left totally unmarked as a corner manages to make its way all the way across the 6 yard box. Poor defending from what looked like a poorly taken corner.

Kenedy has looked Newcastle's brightest and enigmatic player.

Palace definitely should have scored in that half though. Too intricate and taking too much time in front of goal.

If the cunt banging the drum would drop dead, I'd be much happier with this match. As things stand it's just making me pine for the 90s when Newcastle were good, and Palace were a yoyo club - simpler times.

This cunts drum is doing my hangover no favours.

Also, mentioned it in another thread but 3 points separate 11th to 19th.

Huddersfield, in 19th, closer to that 11th spot than they are to the bottom of the league xDxDxD
