Spending in England at most clubs seems down compared to other insane transfer windows. I think the reality is we're a normal football club without infinite budgets and the focus this year is on keeping the core group of players we have together, rather than what usually happens where Barca or Real Madrid come and take our best player and leave us in a state of rebuilding. I don’t think the issue is mocking Harry Kane here, it’s him calling Kane a Oopsy Daisy, which is mocking people with Down syndrome .
