"Indian" Butter Chicken. Marinated the meat in yoghurt, garam masala, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, paprika powder, and cheyenne pepper over night. And then cooked it in the oven while preparing the sauce seperately. That made the meat so tender. Doesn't look like much, but it was pretty tasty.
