  1. Jordan reported wayward strikes in Jordan killing civilians, well done Iran. In the Negev a Bedouin child was injured There is no better image than Israeli air defences intercepting missles over the dome of the rock. I would not be surprised if some palastinians die as a result of Iranian wayward strikes. Apparently Hamas want to sign a truce, then hours later Iran goes full mental breakdown.
  2. I heard that France, US, UK, Jordan have all launched counter measures to intercept incoming drones. There was also an explosion at an Iranian power plant, it may have been a American cruise missile strike. Sleepy Joe will be at war tomorrow. So far nothing has hit but it is believed that their will be 4 waves of attacks.
  3. That is not what I mean by strong leadership, strength is ability to accept difference, and grow with it, but also strength in the sense of western leaders refinding the western values that have long since been lost in a generation where pigeonholing people into brackets is rampant.
  4. I still don't think that is as big an issue as you think, looking past differences is something that can be cultured, what has been seen in this war is the propaganda material in Palastinian homes and schools about Jews, that is not something that cannot be corrected, you can create a generation of change. I think the hardest part is that it will require a transitional government and perhaps that has some difficulty. If there is shared experience and an understanding of real history, it may lead to a culture of peace
  5. I think the solution to the problem is a lot easier than made out to be, it just needs strong leaders to take it down that path.
  6. removing Hamas leads to peace, creating the platform for a legitimate government will lead to peace. When you say lets kill Jews, I can tell you that will not go down well, first of we are conditioned to that and our resistance to extermination is tenfold. I don't like how we have conducted some operations of this war, but this is a war against and ideology of extermination.
  7. Gents, lets take the temperature down, this is a debate not a slagging.
  8. This is a conflict of two sides and as long as honest conversation is had, as soon as the yes but and context arguments come it decends into irrationality. Certain things in the conflict have really pushed the limits, but the war itself is nothing other Western powers would not have done. What I never see in media is solutions, the common parroted position is this strip Isreal, sanction and create a situation where Israel cannot defend itself is a pro islam position that is unacceptable. A transitional palastinian government overseen by the US and UN is possible
  9. I thought off field assets don't count to FFP, very suspicious behaviour
  10. Didn't notice at first but we played with RNID on the shirt today in support of deaf people. We made a noise on the pitch though.
  11. He has played well lately but had a slight niggle last game.
  12. everyone seems to be trying hard to not get promoted now.
  13. Spurs had 73% possession but did absolutely nothing with it, Dubravka had one moment all game, on the other end it should have been 6 or 7 as we continue our long wait for a hat trick. Bruno, Gordon and Isak are absolutely world class, Longstaff played a more defensive role and was brilliant today, but Elliot Anderson was incredible, glad to finally have him back and fully fit.
  14. The high line means you take out offsides, when you have isak and gordon its not exactly smart
  15. It is safe to say that Spurs or Arsenal will not be getting Isak for 100m, going to need to open the vault if they want him, given he is not for sale.
  16. You know things are bad when you have a RB at CB and a RW at RB. This season can't end soon enough.
  17. So your solution is to do what has got us to this point again? forgive me but that is a stupid idea unless you enjoy Palestinian suffering. Ironically Iran's "don't really give a shit" is the exact same "don't give a shit" that Hamas and PLO show towards Palestinians, what is also ironic is the same revolution in Iran is the same revolution Palestinians need against their government. This "kill jews and israel" thing has been tried for around 120 years and it hasn't exactly worked out well. this all started in the late 1800's as "treat jews badly and they will leave on their own", when that failed and the idea of a Jewish state became a certainty, the Pan Islamist Movement shifted to "lets kill them before they become a nation", a policy that has been in place since 1905, clearly it is not working. I fully support our resistance to islamic jihad and I fully support our peoples right to exist as a nation state. That being said I am upset with some of the handling of things by someone that portrays strength in speech but acts like a watered milk. I am very opposed to the west bank settlement expansion programs largely carried out by some radicals that have no place in the Knesset are are doing massive reputational damage. If Netenyahu had a spine he would have thrown these lunatics to the wayside even if it meant an earlier end to his term, he would have gone out with dignity, instead he lets the do what they want without control and what they are doing is completely wrong. I also have reservations about why there was the need to even get involved in certain incidents, the two in question was the convoy incident in February, at the time Israel was starting to claw back public perception and while the facts are vary much open to tennis between both sides of the global media, the thing is there was absolutely no need to be there to begin with. The other was the World Kitchen situation, even as a mistake it is not acceptable and it seems to be carried out by a rogue section within the chain of command that know they are losing political power and are hell bent on being petty. Instead of throwing commanders under the bus, the people that sanctioned it came from within the government and It was likely from some of those lunatics that Netanyahu cannot control any more. The last one has been the lack of strategy when it comes to ceasefire talks, for me the position was always two fold: Give back our people International intervention. How do I see a best case outcome? well it would be a Palestine and Israel existing, it doesn't have to be holding hands singing kumbaya, it can just be safety in the knowledge they are not harbouring intentions to harm us. That would be very nice.
  18. I think it is more secularisation than any form of religion or spirituality. When the IRGC tries to force islam on people it leads to rebellion.
