  1. Corners aren't doing it for me in Australia this weekend Chesterfield absolutely killing the National League. 22 points ahead so the risk is they may take their foot off the gas, but hopefully not just yet. They've scored 48 goals in 16 home games. Ebbsfleet are 4th bottom in the away standings. Armstrong to score has a bit of risk to it. But he usually scores whether Southampton win, which has been quite often recently.
  2. He surely isn't trying to claim this is only a Liverpool/Klopp thing ?!
  3. Makes sense. Belgium's border looks like this didn't you know...

    Cooking

Nice. Low-carb lunches have been my diet for the past 4-5 months. Low carb tortilla wraps, cooked chicken slices, bit of veg and some sauce. Keeps me full til dinner pretty much, and stops me snacking. It's quite boring but it's efficient.

    NFL

Same. Sick of the love in and attention. No superfan here but do enjoy the build up and occasion. Fair enough. 49ers or Chiefs to win? One more time!

    NFL

Superbowl on Sunday. @Spike @DeadLinesman @JoshBRFC @Danny you going to watch? I've assigned myself the night shift on Sunday with the baby and taking Monday off to recover (read: sleep) afterwards. Hope it's a good a game as last year.
  7. Through never playing for one of the clubs? Wow, he must be good...
  8. Reform UK's voters are just those that struggle to combine two brain cells together. They're more right-wing and deluded than Tories, which is some going. They won't pull closer at all.

    Off Topic

    It was a different time.
  10. Our own Prime Minister has placed a £1000 bet with the absolute beg that is Piers Morgan that there will be people deported to Rwanda before the next general election. He's not even pretending to care or even having a shred of humanity in his body any more. What has this world come to?!
  11. Game 97 - 15th Game 98 - 22nd
  12. GAME 97 - LUTON vs SHEFF UTD - SATURDAY 10th FEBRUARY, 15.00 (GMT) GAME 98 - BAYER LEVERKUSEN vs BAYERN MUNICH - SATURDAY 10th FEBRUARY, 17.30 (GMT) ***any predictions made after kick-off will not count*** @Mel81x @Lucas @6666 @Dr. Gonzo @Michael @Redcanuck @CaaC (John) @Devil-Dick Willie @JoshBRFC @Viva la FCB @Pyfish @Bluewolf @Tommy @Rucksackfranzose
  13. Two big matches in Europe for the latest round, and both first goals came in the first half. Game 95's was in the 37th minute for Lyon. No winners there. Game 96's was earlier, in the 20th minute for Real Madrid. All the winners: 1 point 1 point Also @Toinho with 2 points for his 21st-minute pick, and @Faithcore with 1 point as well for his 22nd-minute pick. Table after Game 96: Only one movement in the table as @Faithcore goes up into 7th place.
  14. He just can't stay away from the game Not sure how many retirements he's pulled out of now...
  15. Fuck you Man Utd and Brighton. Useless.
  16. Phew! Just about in. 10 corners after 50 mins, 12 after 75. Had to wait until the final 5 mins of normal time for it to come in. Macarthur had 8 themselves.

    Apprentice 2024

Yep. Still see it as entertainment as opposed to actual business acumen on show. First episode is always a shit show. Virdi was very lucky. Girls were shit - their clusterfuck in the kitchen was mad. Crumble for fishcakes
  18. Really? How come? I know Wycombe are hardly setting the league alight, but it's not a banker surely?
  19. Yeah Rudkin needs to go. He must have so much dirt on so many other people in the hierarchy for him to hang around like a bad smell for so many years. He's too comfortable now to be able to pull off stunts like this. What other club pursues only one player for the whole month and still doesn't get him, leaving it too late to do anything else or think of alternatives if things like yesterday happen? It wouldn't surprise me if Maresca walked. I don't think he will, but there wouldn't be much shock given he's done everything he can so far and perhaps hasn't been given the full picture financially. If we screw this over because he wasn't supported from his bosses to strengthen even just a little bit, heads needs to roll from above. And let alone the fans who seem to want to hound him out despite the position we're in.
  20. Perhaps his agent was seeing what they could get, or other teams interested but were more quiet about it. What a career he's had!
  21. Didn't think they needed more strikers?
  22. Game 95 - 28th Game 96 - 15th
