That was some knock from Fakhar! Not often someone nearly scores a double ton and still loses the game. Looks like he didn't have much support to successfully chase.

On a base level those kind of cuisines are all very similar, especially when it comes to heavily spicing/marinating the food and blending it with cooler/softer flavours like mint chutneys or fresh yoghurt. Instead/In addition to cayenne pepper/paprika, if you want that extra bit of spice use red chilli powder (if you're cooking for 2-3 people then 1-2 small spoonfuls would be enough during the cooking or just in the marinade. Red chilli powder gives it a stronger, powerful heat whereas the cayenne pepper/paprika is almost a bit restrained. Hard to explain but you can tell the difference in the cooking process and then the taste. Red chilli powder blends well with the cumin and turmeric too.

I hate coriander (even if it is in a lot of Indian cooking) but that looks like a beaut of a dish @Danny What marinade did you use on the lamb, if any? I reckon it needs a tiny bit of fresh yoghurt on the side to give some coolness to it but it's not a must and it's not missed when it's not there.

I showd the conversation to a few friends and they suggested help outside of the forum. Maybe you've used this before. Maybe you haven't. Maybe it's worth a try. Help Help

I feel offended that you compare yourself or this situation to what happened to Claude and then have the audacity to dictate how you think we should react because you feel pissed off. I'm done. Good luck to you but I won't be trying to help you any more. How you perceive that I'll leave to you but you won't be getting any more attempts to help from me. Can't get through to you at all but I hope you find the help from someone else and somewhere else.

Bore off Brian. You have no control over what we say and do. No matter how much you think you do. We understood, we tried, you ignored, you focused on the 1 other thing you could have ignored too. No point trying any more when you come out with shit like that. Take a break as @Whiskey said cos as much as we're trying to help you, it doesn't help when you're not willing to listen.

Give over. I meant in regards to your mental health. Weren't you wanting help with that yesterday? The first lines of the 2 paragraphs contradict each other. I'm done trying to help you. Tried to ask you lots of times what you want, what you need help with, how we can help. Yet you go back to going against @Tommy. You have a bigger vendetta against him than you think he does against you. No one has bullied you ffs.

What do you want from us Brian? Like, what are you really looking for? Reassurance? Actual help? Actual professional advice? Get over what Tommy did or didn't do (not indirectly admitting anything). Stop deflecting from the real issue because it definitely isn't what someone says on a football forum.

Again, stop focusing on what Tommy did and focus on the rest of the posts people made to try and help you. You recognised it in my post earlier and it's all you're speaking about now. I know it might not be easy but please try and get over it. You're deflecting away from all the issues at hand when you mention Tommy, staff posting in a thread, racism similarities etc... Either get to the point or let it go.

I also think the best place to look for help probably isn't an Internet football forum. I 100% agree with @Dr. Gonzo that it's great you've had the confidence and ability to open up to us, but unless we truly know the issues you are facing with the whole context, and the fact we aren't MH professionals, means we probably can't give you the answers you want or need. @Dr. Gonzo raised some good points in both posts and in both, you've gone straight in to the 'I can't believe you're defending @Tommy' viewpoint. Firstly not what he was doing and secondly, you've skipped over all the good stuff to focus on one other thing. Whether you like hearing it or not I think you should seek professional help as that seriously will be the best place for you to improve your MH and resolve the issues you have.
  21. A car has rammed in to the Capitol building security barriers. One officer died sadly. The guy driving the vehicle got out brandishing a knife and then got shot dead. Literally personifying the phrase 'bringing a knife to a gun fight' and paying the price for stupidity.
