Well considering the silly amount of security measures implemented and fear associated with flying in the last two decades, it would have been a funny feeling for sure haha. Our plane once circled above Doha for well a half an hour before landing, I hate it af.

Hartley has been doing great for Porsche in WEC, would love to see him in a F1 car. This is most likely for one race only though, as he's tipped to join Gannasi for the next season in IndyCar...

Yes, that definitely would be better for the fans and for the long-term success of F1. But for very selfish reasons, I'd prefer it if they introduced Vietnamese GP

Yeah they will definitely have to implement certain changes, I think SuperGT engines currently have like 100 hp more than DTM ones? A substantial upgrade will be required to match that, but at least chassis and aerodynamic regulations are (more or less) the same. DTM should have implemented that 4 cylinder turbocharged engine as they intended instead of agreeing to delay that at Mercedes request who are now jumping ship anyway...

They have time until 2019 Season though, don't they? Still plenty of time to work it out properly. Watched the Japanese Super GT in Thailand today, looks fun and I think it could definitely work!
