  2. https://www.phnompenhpost.com/national/after-us-custody-battle-came-cambodia-family-found-itself-torn-apart-and-alleging Here, read it for yourself hehe. The name is in the article.
  3. My town really seems to attract weird people and events. A few days ago there's been an alleged kidnapping case where an American hired a group of ex-CIA and military characters to recover his kid from a mother who fled to Cambodia in the midst of child custody rights process in the US, they allegedly snatched him and got him out of the country by now. the recovery team is actually founded and managed by an ex-CIA-turned-actor
  4. He's set to start at the end of the grid due to engine penalties though.
  5. I'll try... I have so many books on my to-read list, and I just keep on adding more haha. It's so hard to find enough time to read these days. Even more so since most of the books I have access to are ebooks, and I struggle with that.
  6. He's also representing our interests in China and does a bit of scouting in general, apparently; also has a football academy in New Zealand. How did the interview go? Any chance to read it somewhere?
  7. I have heard so much about Peruvian cuisine being great by now that I'm actually going to find a proper restaurant and try it once and for all I'll report back afterwards. And yes, world-famous tourist attractions are usually overrated to a certain degree. I personally try to avoid most of it due to them being absolutely crowded while similar but less-known alternatives are there to be enjoyed by yourself (or is less packed anyway).
  8. Just got a lotto ticket for tonight, wait till I buy a proper jet and land on your rooftop on Monday
  9. Hey, I want something that doesn't fall apart after two hours!
  10. Maaaaaaaybe. Once I get my own private jet Or at least a helicopter
  11. Sounds a lot like the background of Tom Clancy's death conspiracy. But then he's too high profile to erase him out of existence haha.
  12. Well considering the silly amount of security measures implemented and fear associated with flying in the last two decades, it would have been a funny feeling for sure haha. Our plane once circled above Doha for well a half an hour before landing, I hate it af.
  13. I hope he announced that to his passengers beforehand, some might have been scared shitless otherwise
  14. Yep, will try to make it there, probably on my way back! Make sure you book a hotel on the Riverside so you're near all the fun
  15. Posted it in the documentaries thread a while ago It's great. The soundtrack is even better.
  16. But of course! A legend One of my greatest football heroes growing up... What is he up to these days?
  17. How is it? I started reading this today: Bought it as a gift for someone but ended up keeping it for myself. Surprisingly good; so much information but not too overwhelming or boring in any way. A concise history of development of Porsche 911 models beginning with the 356 in the late 40s and going 7 generations up to the 991.1 model in 2013. Brilliant read so far.
