If Russell beats Bottas or even gets pretty close then there's no argument left in favour really of claiming he isn't ready for the top team. I actually wouldn't be remotely surprised to see him adapt to the Mercedes pretty much immediately and pip Bottas for pole. Valtteri doesn't seem to like Bahrain the last 2-3 years.
