Administrator Stan Posted December 10, 2021 Author Administrator Posted December 10, 2021 Get your house Newcastle scoring a goal from a set-piece. Most likely a central defender, but in any case, a goal. BTTS and over 2.5 goals is usually good in our games too...
Dr. Gonzo Posted December 10, 2021 Posted December 10, 2021 Please spank MBS's side Leicester. Something absurd like 7-0 to demoralise Newcastle in the xmas fixture pileup would be absolutely fantastic.

Subscriber Dan+ Posted December 11, 2021 Subscriber Posted December 11, 2021 What could possibly go wrong here! I do not have any ideas! Please help!
Administrator Stan Posted December 12, 2021 Author Administrator Posted December 12, 2021 @Honey Honey? Hope there's no big performance from Dubravka today. How many defenders do you have out?
Honey Honey Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 Just now, Stan said: @Honey Honey? Hope there's no big performance from Dubravka today. How many defenders do you have out? All our defenders are shit this season. All out of form. I'd be surprised if Howe sticks with a back 4 for this one.
Administrator Stan Posted December 12, 2021 Author Administrator Posted December 12, 2021 We've got the same 7 unavailable today as we had on Thursday. Plus further injuries. This isn't going to be pretty...
Honey Honey Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 Disappointing to be behind. You've got to be careful with this lot as they are clever divers, seen a couple of times. Think if the ref doesn't give that VAR wouldn't either.
Danny Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 Leicester defending well, can see the whole team is responding to the recent east set pieces they’ve conceded. Everyone wants to defend
The Artful Dodger Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 Is it dubious penalty bingo this weekend or something?
Honey Honey Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 Playing OK but need to create more clear cut chances. It has been quite comfortable which was unexpected so that adds to the frustration of being behind.
Rick Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 These penalties are starting to get softer. That’s a pathetic penalty to give against Lacelles.
Honey Honey Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 Dog shit defending as per. Leicester offering nothing for the first 10 minutes and then we step up at the back like that, throwing the game away.
Honey Honey Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 This is pathetic. Leicester were there for the taking today and we've looked worth a point, nothing more and now we are 4-0 down. This does not bode well for survival. The defence is dog shit. Liverpool away, Man City home and Man Utd home next. I said a couple of months ago we need to get to about 14 points for January. We won't get above 10 by the looks of it. Is January actually going to fix the defence if Jamal Lascelles is undropable? Probably not unless he pulls his finger out.
Rick Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 Newcastle are down unless they make some unreal signings in January and they all settle. Bad loss this one.

At a loss as to why you brought in one of the worst ever managers defensively in the Prem to try and fix a broken defence

The Artful Dodger Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 With the financial clout they now have you'd have thought be able to tempt at least some half decent players to come but it looks grim. At least the gap isn't too much at the moment.
Danny Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 At a loss as to why Man Utd weren’t throwing money at Tielemans in the Summer, literally a perfect fit alongside one of Fred or McTominay and behind Fernandes. I really like this current Leicester team and hope they have a bit of a resurgence and push for top 4 again (also hope they score 7 own goals against us but yeah)

Honey Honey Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 If we do go down we'll lose Almiron and Saint-Maximin but probably no one else except by our own choice. It would be a stronger starting point of a squad for that league than what we had the last two times arguably. The biggest loss is losing our financial fair play advantage we've built up. That would allow us to spend enough to be solid top half next year should we actually survive. Whereas going down sets you back a good 3 years in squad development at least.
Administrator Stan Posted December 12, 2021 Author Administrator Posted December 12, 2021 Enjoyed that once we got going. Just goes to show what happens when you press as a unit and more importantly, start doing the basics right. Feared the first when Evans went off. Soyuncu took the responsibility and leadership well though. Maddison and Tielemans were influential and ran the midfield. Thought Thomas had a fine game too. He showed better talent than someone far more experienced in Bertrand.
Guest Posted December 12, 2021 Posted December 12, 2021 @Honey Honey only Newcastle could become the richest club in the world and get relegated in the same year
