I think we're going to have to accept this Grand Prix for what it is, much like we did with Drive to Survive. It's something for an audience that just isn't really us. That said, I had to drive home from my Mum and Dad's pretty much straight after the race ended so I paid very little attention to the bizarre police escort thing and glanced the football helmets on my way out. As a result, I may not have had the full cringe impact but yeah not a fan of either.

Alonso penalised twice. Once for the incident with Gasly as well as cutting the chicane. Two 5 sec penalties. That means Albon is P9 and Stroll P10.

One thing I did like about the race was the physicality of it. It adds something to the race when the drivers look so exhausted after it's all done. But yeah, overall a forgettable track with a lot of pompousness surrounding it.

Also happy for Leclerc that he's now been rebranded for the American market as Chuck Leclerc. 🤣

No wonder Kimi retired after last season. Imagine him suffering through the Miami circus.

You can picture his resentment.

I love Martin Brundle. xD

The guy introducing himself as a "Social Media Sensation"

- "...and modest too" xD

and got the wrong guy thinking it was Patrick Mahomes xD

So awkward but maybe that's what people love when he does it these days.

That’s the directors fault to be fair. He wouldn’t even know who Mahomes was, let alone some college basketball player.

Celebrities are just massive cunts. That whole segment just shows how shit that Miami race was. People dazzled by a load of pre race bollocks. Fuck off.
